Wszystko w tym hotelu jest super. Wystrój wnętrza klasyczny, elegancki, żadnego kiczu. Łazienka elegancka, czysta. Bardzo miła, uczynna obsługa, nie było problemu z niczym o co poprosiliśmy. Są jasieczki do spania, co dla mnie jest mega ważne! Wspaniały widok z okna na góry. Czysto i pachnąco. Świetne jedzenie. Śniadania bardzo dobre, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie.

Wspanialy pobyt i przywitanie nowego roku w Hotelu Paryskim. Wszystko na jak najwyzszym poziomie. Pobyt spedzilismy w gronie rodzinnym i od samego poczatku byl to strzal w dziesiatke! Na przywitanie przemila obsluga na recepcji. Nie pamietam imienia Pani ktora nas obslugiwala ale byla bardzo profesjonalna, podala nam wszystkie informacje i co najzwazniejsze przez caly czas byla serdeczna i usmiechnieta - co niestety wciaz kuleje w Polskim hotelarstwie. Z calego serca polecam ten hotel, ma wszystko co potrzeba - basen, sale rozrywki, strefy relaksu i cos dla najmlodszych. Jedzenie przepyszne i ogromnie duzy wybor. Na zabawie sylwestrowej bawilismy sie znakomicie i nawet udalo sie spiewac i bawic z reszta gosci hotelowych. Pokoje hotelowe czyste i z pieknymi widokami. Dogodna lokalizacja w poblizu sklepy, wypozyczalnie sprzetu narciarskiego i wszystko co potrzebne w zasiegu pieszego dystansu. Jednak, co podkreslam raz jeszcze, najwazniejszym aspektem sa ludzie ktorzy tworza ten hotel. To oni stwarzaja niezapomniane wspomnienia - serdecznie, pomocni i usmiechnieci! Nie pamietam wszystkich imion - Karina ktora w moich oczach jest stworzona do pracy z ludzmi - rewelacja! Aleks z restauracji rowniez przemily i pomocny. Raz jeszcze 10/10 - na pewno predko wrocimy! Samych sukcesow w nowym roku dla calej obslugi hotelu!

No English speaking staff, very slow service yesterday I spent almost 20 minutes waiting for the receptionist to hang up the phone so I could be attended . Hotel is not close to the city center, making it necessary to use Uber or taxis, which are almost never found. We arrived tired at night after a long day , I saw that my room wasn't tidy and I asked reception and they told me that rooms are only tidied every three days. After much insistence I managed to get my room cleaned the next day. I really don't recommend this hotel, maybe the ideal would be to stay in a larger hotel from a well-known chain.

Hotel muito charmoso. Chegamos no segundo dia da reserva devido ao atraso do voo para Cracóvia. Fomos de carro e havia estacionamento na área do hotel. Houve um pequeno imprevisto no check-in, inicialmente a recepcionista não encontrou nossa reserva, mas foi rapidamente solucionado, o que não afetou a nossa avaliação positiva do hotel. A equipe sempre muito educada, gentil e prestativa. Jantamos no restaurante do hotel e a comida estava muito boa. O quarto era excelente e muito charmoso com decoração clássica. Café da manhã estava muito bom e variado. Pretendemos voltar a Zakopane e ficaríamos novamente neste hotel.

Great staff but room for improvement Amazing view of the Tatra mountains from our balcony. Very helpful and attentive staff all across the hotel. Good and spacious rooms, but the lack of USB charging points and of a rainfall shower is unusual for a hotel of this alleged class and price. Plus the room door didn’t have the interior locks, which was also a surprise. The spa is good, enjoying the jacuzzi with the views of the mountains was really nice.

Fantastyczny pobyt 3 dniowy. Bardzo dziękuje za przemiłą obsługę w recepcji pani która spełniła nasze wszystkie potrzeby. Dostaliśmy pokój przy windzie która dużo kursowała ponieważ był wieczór sylwesterowy a ja jestem wrażliwa na każdy głoś, szczególnie w nocy. Ta sympatyczna pani zrobiła wszystko dla nas żeby nasza wizyta była udana. I wizyta była fantastyczna. Bez problemu dostaliśmy drugi pokuj. Bardzo czyściutko, smaczne śniadanko, obsługa bardzo profesjonalna. Dużo saszetek w pokoju z kawą, herbatą. Fajny, swobodny klimat w całym hotelu. Napewno jeszcze raz odwiedzimy!

Great place with a super restaurant Nice hotel, great staff and wonderful breakfast.spa area is nice but tends to be crowded. Good hotel!!!

Zakopane hotel A személyzet kedves és segítőkész. Angolul nem minden alkalmazott tudott. Sajnos a közeli programokról tájékoztatás vagy programfüzet nem volt fellelhető a hotelben. Az ágy nagyon kicsi volt ezen kívűl a hotel teljesen rendben volt. Az ètelek finomak. Az a la carte választèk kevès. Parkolóhely kevès. A helyi látnivalók autóval megközelíthetőek a hoteltól. Összességében ajánlani tudom.

Good location Good location, but everywhere in Zakopane seems to be easily walkable. The room was fine. Had a fridge and a balcony with a goid view. The breakfast was really good and the staff was nice.

Excellent Hotel, very clean, quiet, lovely friendly courteous Staff. The restaurant serves delicious food and reasonably priced. The rooms are lovely with balconies and great views of the mountains. There is free parking which is great as the previous hotel we stayed in was expensive parking in Krakow. I don't think Polish people are tea drinkers as we love our tea from Ireland and there is no cold milk left in the fridge in the room which would be helpful and thoughtful. We hired a car as you do need transport although not too far away from all attractions, only around 10 minutes drive to main streets of Zakopane.

Super hotel, Bardzo stylowy design, bardzo czysto, świetny serwis. Dzieci szalały w basenie krytym i w sali zabaw. Świetne śniadania i obiady. 5 gwiazdek dla szefa kuchni*****. Do Krupówek poszliśmy z dziećmi na piechotę . Wszystko perfekt.👍🏻

The hotel is situated in the quiet suburbs of Zakopane - about half an hour walk to the centre. It has a swimming pool that works from 9 a.m. till 9 p.m. The room was big, comfortable, cozy and quiet. We had a nice balcony, too. The breakfast was very tasty. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Beautiful view of the mountains and great hospitality and cleanliness. The hotel receptionist (forgot to ask for her name) was outstanding and went out of her way to help. It was very quiet and peaceful until the last night I stayed when there was a wedding party in the conference room below me (stayed in room 103) with loud music until midnight. This was despite quiet hours supposedly ending at 2200 per the hotels’s rules—very disruptive. It is only because of this that I gave a disappointed rating. If it weren’t for this it would have been perfect.
