非常好的體驗，酒店前台人員耐心的幫我解決了，所有我的問題，服務周到房間乾淨，我的到達時間比較晚，和酒店協商了之後，酒店免費聯繫了出租車來機場接我，由於我是兩個訂單預訂的房型不一樣，最後酒店考慮到我的方便給我升級成了一樣的房型，早餐晚餐很好吃，豐富多樣😁

Nice view and the place where the hotel is located is perfect to see the island. But you need a car or quad. It is to far to go to the city by foot. The breakfast is very standard. Not good but also not bad, fresh handmade coffee or fresh juice would be very positive.

O Hotel é maravilhoso e tem serviço de transfer gratuito. Todos os funcionários são super acolhedores! Fazem de tudo para te agradar! O café da manhã e o jantar são muito bons, com muitas opções. Recomendo e voltarei a me hospedar nele com certeza!!!

A lovely hotel up on the hills overlooking Zakinthos town. A very friendly welcome from the staff at reception and service throughout stay was top level. The room was perfect and as advertised The hotel was clean and tidy The staff were very good The hotel is up in the hills and takes 20minutes walk down into the harbour which we did a few times as it was enjoyable Some people will struggle with the walk but it is only 10euros in a taxi if needed Overall a very pleasant enjoyable stay.

Hôtel tres bien situé sur les hauteurs de la capitale de Zakynthos. Une vue à coupé le souffle qui surplombe la baie de la ville. L’hôtel est propre le personnel prévenant et la nourriture est variées et assez bonne. 15 jours en demi pension avec petit déjeuner et dîner. Anna notre responsable restauration a été très agréable et courtoise. Professionnelle et souriante. Les chambres vue sur mer sont magnifiques. Elles donnent sur la piscine de l’hôtel et sur la vue encore une fois époustouflante. Champs d’oliviers, cyprès et la baie où transitent bateaux de pêche, yacht, Ferries et paquebot de croisière. Un petit bémol sur certains éléments de salle de bains à rénover mais rien de rédhibitoire. La navette de l’hôtel vient vous cherche à l’hôtel, vous emmène à la plage de Tsibili et sur le contrebas dans le centre-ville. Les retours sont aussi inclus. En clair, super séjour dans un hôtel haut de gamme mais pas un Palace. A ce prix faut pas rêver

Il est difficile de noter cet hôtel car il y a du très bien et du vraiment pas terrible ! Pour le très bien, la vue si vous avez une chambre vue mer (ce qui était notre cas, le top !), la magnifique piscine à débordement avec vue sur Zakynthos, le confort global de la chambre, le système de navettes pour nous qui n'étions pas motorisés, le petit déjeuner, prix raisonnables pour le menu à la carte (mais pas beaucoup de choix), le rapport qualité/prix reste bon. Pour le moins bien, l'hôtel souffre d'un gros problème d'organisation : erreur sur le numéro de notre chambre (la première était occupée), pas de réponse pour la réservation de la navette lors de l'arrivée, pour l'aéroport le chauffeur n'était pas là et l'hôtel a du appeler un taxi (heureusement nous avions de la marge !), la boisson de bienvenue : un café ! (autant ne rien offrir), une partie du personnel semble largement dépassé par les évènements même s'ils sont gentils, l'hôtel est assez isolé sur sa colline, la literie est dure sans être inconfortable mais cela pourra gêner les personnes sensibles du dos Bref j'y retournerai si j'ai l'occasion car la vue est vraiment magnifique mais seulement si j'ai une chambre vue sur la mer ! Une personne avertie en vaut deux ...

This hotel was a great value for the price. Good location close to Zakynthos old town, easy to get to via car, and a suitable buffet breakfast. The view is also incredible overlooking the bay and the town. Property is older but has charm. Would stay again!

This is wonderful hotel which you should visit in Greece! We were there with family and it was great time there. Service, rooms were pretty cool and clean. And staff was attentive and responsible with us and especially with our kids. They have space for cars so you can get there by car. It’s not far from the sea and always good atmosphere.
