Ik had echt hoge verwachtingen van dit hotel, mede door de recensies op trip advisor. Zo zie je maar dat ieder mens zo anders is en een andere beleving kan hebben! Het ligt er denk aan wat je gewend bent! Bij all inclusive denk ik aan alles inclusief, niet dat ik bij binnenkomst gelijk alweer 200 euro kwijt ben aan toeristenbelasting (nou dat is nog te begrijpen!) Handdoeken moest je voor betalen, kluis moest je voor betalen! Ik ben dat niet gewend! Misschien waren de medewerkers aan het eind van hun latijn, want werken doen ze erg hard en veel, maar er kon weinig vrolijkheid vanaf komen! Kamer was in oude gedeelte, ergens in een hoek met een badkamer van 3 bij 2 meter! Daar zat echt alles ingepropt! Alles werd zeiknat, ik heb me echt verbaasd en dan betaal ik toch best een vermogen voor 7 dagen! Eten was op zich niet heel slecht, je moest de lekkere dingen eruit vissen! Laat ik zeggen wij zijn verwend! Er was geen sfeerverlichting, het leek de plaatselijke voetbalkantine wel waar we in zaten! Ook geen enkele sfeer, op de foto's zie je dat niet, daar ziet het er zeer sfeervol uit! Op het mooie dakterras kostten de cocktails 12 euro, je moest naar beneden met uitzicht zwembad als je gratis cocktails wilde! Iedereen zat van narigheid maar een spelletje te doen in stilte! Nooit meer dit hotel. Het heeft voor ons het dubbele gekost! Wij hebben er hoofdzakelijk alleen geslapen en lekker buiten de deur gegeten! Ik laat mijn vakantie er niet door bepalen! Zakyntos is geweldig mooi! Huur een boot en een auto en ga liggen op het strand van laganas, daar weten ze wat een mens nodig heeft! Superlekker vers eten! Zakyntos mooi, hotel geen aanrader.

Hotel is very modern and clean, the rooms were lovely and the food was great alongside the all inclusive cocktail menu. There is a shop across the road from the hotel for anything you need and the hotel is within walking distance of the main Zante strip about 15/20mins walk, you also have the harbour and cameo island on the door step of this hotel, only slight let down would be that the hotel is very quiet and laid back so if you are abit of a louder bunch this may not be the hotel for you or even a family as there is no entertainment and the all inclusive bar shuts at 11pm every night.

Spotlessly clean. Good choice of meals. Loved the fruit smoothies for breakfast Rooms adequate. Need to pay for a safety deposit box and pool towels (daily charge soon mounts up for towels). Beach as such is a very small strip of sand accessed by streep steps and difficult when tide is in. It's a shame that all inclusive ends at 11am even if your flight is in the evening. How are guests allowed to lay their pool towels on a sun lounger at 7am and return several hours later?

Mooi nieuw hotel, complex in laagbouw met 3 goed verzorgde zwembaden. Meer dan voldoende ligbedden en parasollen aanwezig. Restaurant, voldoende keuze voor ontbijt, lunch en diner. Kwaliteit van het eten en drinken was goed. Kamer was mooi ingericht en schoon met goed werkende airco en koelkast. Punt van aandacht is de gladde douche vloer! Wastafel is niet gescheiden van slaapkamer waardoor er geen privacy is. Alle medewerkers in het hotel waren heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Firstly, the one and only gripe re this hotel. Contrary to what it says on Jet2 being a beach front hotel it is not. Contrary to what the hotel states, saying that the beach is only 80m away, again is stretching the truth. But like I said this is literally my only issue. This is a modern, spotless and friendly hotel with excellent food. Rooms Modern and clean with towels replaced daily and the room cleaned everyday as well. There's a shallow fridge in the room as well as a safe. The rooms are air conditioned working off your key card and only when the balcony door is closed. You only get one key card so you can't keep the room cool for your return but having said that our room was cool enough when we got back. Food and Drink I can honestly say that the food we had was spot on. Plenty of choice for all meals and varied each day in the restaurant. The pool snack bar serves from 11am until 5pm. Burgers, chicken burgers, fries and toasties are made to order but there is a selection of salads, quiches, frsh fruit and desserts to be had. The pool bar inclusive drinks are good but the Sky Lounge serves exceptional cocktails but these incur a charge. Ask the bartender 'Baboo' for one from his recipe book as opposed to the menu. A 'Tingly Feeling' or 'Captain Jacks Jar' are excellent. Baboo was brilliant and obviously loves his craft. Beach The beach I previously mentioned is nothing to write home about. However there is a really good bar there called Kui Bar. You're best turning right as you walk out of the hotel down to the harbour, turn left and follow the coast line until you reach Laganas Beach. Two sunbeds, table and umbrella range from 10 ro 20 Euros for the day. We used sunbeds from the Mediteranean Beach Hotel where there pool bar served ice cold Mythos and excellent food. We visited several times and they were always happy to call us a taxi back to the hotel. It's a 12 to 15 minute walk if you choose to do so. We'd walk there and taxi back. Taxi was 15 Euros. Eating out If you turn left out of the hotel and walk about 50m you'll find El Greco taverna on your left. This is a family run business and is exceptional. The seafood is excellent and for 8 Euros you receive a 1 litre copper jug of Greek white wine which is good. Supermarket As you walk out of the hotel there is a supermarket directly across the minor road with everything you could wish for. Even though all inclusive there is no water provided for your room so this is an ideal place to pick some up. Trips / Cameo Island You will see alot of 'Happy Traveller' stalls dotted about selling boat excursions. After checking them out on Tripadvisor we stayed well clear but there are plenty of other tour operators in the harbour. Therr are also loads of small speed boats tou can hire for your own trip as well. Lovely hotel spotless, but a lot missing as provided with all other A/I I've stayed in. The hotel is the cleanest we've stayed at with excellent friendly hard working staff. ROOMS are nice, with plenty of storage and excellent bathrooms with walk-in showers. SWIMMING POOLS - there are 3 pools, the largest one isn't too good for getting the sum, so we used the small oldest pool as this was a little sun trap BEACH - this is located out the back gate by small pool, just a 5 min walk, but if you like the beach, you will be disappointed as there is only a very narrow piece of beach EXTRA's - You have to pay room tax, which is advised as 3 Euro's per night for a 4 star hotel, as we stayed for 11 nights I expected to pay 33 Euro's, but was charged 77 EURO'S!!!! You have to HIRE pool towels, we weren't prepared to pay extra for this, so luckily read this before we went and took our own. In all the years of all inclusive we have never had to pay for pool towels. Safe - You also have to pay for your safe - so again, we didn't bother Water - there is no bottled water provided, so had to purchase bottles from the shop at a small cost Check-Out - On the day of check out we were told that our A/I ended at 11am as we had been supplied lunch on our day of arrival. We were offered to extend this at an extra cost, but declined and went out to eat giving the locals our money instead Sky Bar - Not part of the A/I, but you can pay for drinks in there - we declined and drunk in local bars instead DRINKS at the hotel are awful, so syrupy and sweet and served in plastic cups unless in the restaurant. Once again you can buy different drinks if you so wish. Having said that the beer is palatable. It's such a shame that there is only 1 bar to use, which is the pool bar and it gets very busy at times, leaving no tables to sit at RESTAURANT - on first arrival we found the food good, although not very warm. Breakfast is a let-down not having an omelette station as having had in all previous hotels we have stayed in. Not being a tea or coffee drinker I usually have a hot chocolate on a morning - this wasn't available. I was ill for 3 days and then couldn't stomach going back into the restaurant to eat again. It's such a shame as this could be a fantastic hotel, but it seems that the owners are trying to cut down on costs. I wouldn't recommend the hotel and would definitely not return due to the extra's charged for. The Village is lovely and great for a walk and drink in the evening. OK Corrall is a fantastic bar owned by a great guy that makes you feel very welcome and he has a great sense on humour
