Athina Apartments

這真的是我人生一次極為糟糕的體驗！首先，空調需要單獨付費！我記得一天竟然要12歐（注：如果我沒記錯的話，是這個金額）！希臘每天都是三十多度的氣温啊！空調的費用難道不應該包含在了房費裏面嗎？！其次，我住的那間房非常吵，半夜兩點多還有噪音，有音樂聲、人聲、交通聲，噪音聲音非常之極大，一切就在我的耳邊！在半夜兩點多，這些完全是噪音分貝的標準，令人完全無法入睡。由於出來旅行我們的行程很滿，之後要起早去參加團遊，我和店員協商換房（酒店説沒有可用房，已經都預訂了）或者取消第二晚的訂單，統統被拒絕。由於睡不好，第二天我媽媽説心臟不舒服，我們都沒有玩好！同等價格性價比高的酒店非常多。然而這個酒店不會為住客去着想，不人性化，售後服務很差，這樣的酒店我不推薦任何人去居住。

Booked the day before we travelled. Took the last room which was amazing. Corner room which had a balcony overlooking the pool, hills & a (distant) sea view. Well soundproofed. Large room, Aircon, lovely shower, and self catering facilities. From arrival we were made to feel very welcome. Towels & toiletries in the room, with pool towels available on request. Lovely little pool with shared inflatables. Nice pool bar with good snack menu. Very well located for the strip & beach. First time, but will return

Came back to these apartments with family fantastic place to stay very central. Very clean sheets changed every few days towels changed every day except Sunday girls need a day off pool area is great plenty sun beds and pool bar has everything you require. The staff are fantastic nothing is to much trouble for them they go out of there way for you see you all soon

We stayed for 2 weeks in a one bedroom apartment with street views from the balcony. The apartment was spacious and reasonably well stocked with cutlery and crockery. There was a full size fridge, a toaster and kettle and a 2 ring electric hob. No need to cook in my opinion as there were numerous lovely restaurants within a few minutes walk. The apartment was cleaned every day apart from Sunday and sheets and towels changed every 2 or 3 days. There was a safe which was free to use- unusual these days. Air conditioning was an optional extra which we didn’t use. Some of the furniture was a little dated but that didn’t detract from our stay. Some people have complained about the noise from local bars. We found that if the patio doors were closed at night, we couldn’t really hear anything from outside. The apartment block is right on the main road running through Kalamaki. It really central to all amenities. There is a supermarket just downstairs where you can get anything you need. The beach is about a 10 minute stroll from the apartments. It’s a lovely walk down paths between green fields. The beach is beautiful. Clean and well looked after. The pool area was lovely. Plenty of sun-beds. Nice relaxing music and the pool bar served drinks and snacks. We enjoyed our stay and will be returning next year!

We didn't enjoy our stay there. Our room was very dated. It smelled of drains and it lingered on our clothes. The kitchen needs upgrading. An old fridge door had been used as a base unit cupboard door (it didn't close) where utensils were stored with pipes coming in at the back. The bathroom door needs attention. Beds were comfy and clean. The pool area was not cleaned down at the end of the day, consequently was dirty and sticky. One guest actually mopped around his sunbeds himself. It's a shame really as it could be made lovely and it's in a good location.

We received a warm welcome from the owner, Athina, who gave us really useful information about the island and local amenities. The room itself was perfect for us. 1 large bedroom with twin beds, plus 2 more single beds (Real beds, NOT camp/sofa beds) in the main living space. There was a small kitchenette but we only used the fridge/freezer and kettle which were in good working order. The room was spacious, clean and well maintained. It was typically simple and basic but we had good quality bed sheets that were fresh. Towels were thick, clean and changed frequently. The room had a safe and there was no extra charge for this which is rare but a welcomed extra. The air conditioning was charged daily, however it was very effective and necessary given the temperatures were around 40 degrees each day! Athina and Ellie were the most helpful, friendly people you could hope to have as hosts and they always made time to help you even though they were very busy. The location of the apartments was excellent. Right in the middle of the shops, bars and restaurants but surprisingly quiet. We were never disturbed at night or early in the morning. Dennis and George work really hard in the pool snack bar, and again, make you feel like you are genuinely welcome. There were plenty of sunbeds and the pool area was well maintained and clean. We have already booked to back next year which is something we never do and this shows how happy we were here. Thankyou for a great holiday and see you again soon The Atkinsons
