Where to start… 5* service from all the bar staff and George is the nicest man I’ve ever met sorted out all our trips boats and land etc and looked after us. Welcome shot on arrival and even free shots throughout our stay. Recommend this hotel to anyone. Best holiday experience we’ve both had. Thank you Canadian hotel. Yamas.

From the moment we arrived, the warmth from the staff members was fantastic, greeted by George with a welcome drink.. then to find out there were many George’s! And Andy :). Honestly everyone who worked at the bar treated us like family and was definitely the highlight of our short and first trip to Zante. The hotel, not our usual go to standard or choice, but I was able to secure some needed days off work, and wanted a cheap getaway, so this was a bargain, and for the money it’s definitely hard to complain. The hotel is undergoing some serious changes, the new rooms in the new quarter are stunning, very modern and fresh. The older quarter, where we were, 407 was ok, It was clean, beds comfy, the linen changed daily, you couldn’t ask for more, considering the cost, downside to the room was the shower, water took ages to get warm and when it did it was gone. Despite it being looked at quickly, it still didn’t manage my expectations so I used the showers at the bar /pool area, much nicer waterfall shower, more like home! Oh and please take a hairdryer, there is one there, but it’s more like a children’s toy hairdryer. The location was great, 7 minutes stroll to the beach, 15 mins quick pace to the infamous Strip. We hired a Quad, highly recommend Food in the hotel was lovely, we lived off Gyros, in fact we ate far too many haha. The Canadian made the best in Laganas and believe me we ate one everywhere lol… even if you choose not to stay at this hotel, go in for a Gyros, you won’t be disappointed. The only issue was the noise from some of the guests. I have no issue with people having fun, I was worse when I was younger, but considering the hotel is having such an amazing refurbishment, I should imagine would aim to attract a more diverse crowd who would want a little more luxury. I would recommend the hotel to have a policy regarding loud music and noise, like I said, all for everyone having fun and understandable I’m in Laganas but 3:30am music blaring and screaming really isn’t respectful to other guests. This is the only negative, to a fantastic stay, we would 100% stay again in the future, but would request a quieter room. everyone who works in this hotel are amazing made us feel welcome the second we walked in rooms are amazing and food is delicious I will be coming back next year everthing is clean and you get free transport to the airport beach is a 5 minute walk and the strip is about 7 minute walk close to everything and they offer deals of turtle island free transport there aswell honestly this is absolutely amazing thank you George and your team

This hotel we would recommend to anyone, especially families! The whole experience was made by the amazing staff! From the moment we got to the entrance to the few minutes before we had left, everyone was so welcoming and friendly! The owner George was absolutely brilliant with ensuring our small trip was worthwhile, we managed to see and explore pretty much the whole of Zante in just 4 days! The food at the restaurant was amazing and the actual hotel was just like staying in a Dubai resort! I could not recommend it more! Thank you George, his wife and all the wonderful staff that made not just our but our 9 month old stays something to remember for the rest of our lives! We will 100% be back soon!

Can’t fault the hotel and bar/restaurant. Amazing Friendly service but very noisy until early hours. Good for those who love to party and enjoy good distance to the beach. Good distance from the strip. All Hotels close down at the beginning of October so the first half of the holiday was vibrant second half resort was deserted …. Hotel maintained the vibe. Amazing restaurant on site …. Food stunning brilliant breakfast. Lots of mozzies this time of year so bring your spray.

Lovely Hotel….. staff very friendly and helpful Hotel very central to beach, restaurants and shops all in short walking distances Only few things needs doing…… mattress to be memory foam, shower tap (sticking out of wall) and shower area bit bigger space Can’t fault any of the restaurants as most are Coeliac friendly and staff are hands on to discuss any dietary needs….. special shout to Savvy Retro_bar next door to hotel as they went beyond to help us with our disability Definitely recommend coming and stay as room only to experience the Greek food and supporting local businesses
