Lovely Hotel Ideal For Restful Break or Trek Base Chill Out. Turn Off. Enjoy. Ideal base for exploring island, or very restful break. Easy walk to Beautiful Cameo Island, or Party Strip if that's your thing. This is a relaxing Hotel, not suited to heavy drinking party folk, (well heavy drinking maybe as it's all inclusive, but not acting like pillocks) _ take it somewhere else. Food - all from Island, is extremely high standard, Owners and Staff are smashing, from maids to manager. It's a Family owned and run Hotel, and very Professional and Warm. Very attentive, gets a lot or return guests _

Simply wonderful It's difficult to articulate. Brilliant, wonderful, amazing, excellent, get me a thesaurus just to add to this list. From the second we arrived until the second we left the staff were there to make sure that we were looked after and happy. They quite literally can't do enough for you. The rooms are spacious and have everything. Nespresso machine, toiletries, sewing kit, bonnet de douche and little unexpected extras. We were fortunate enough to have booked the swim up room with a private plunge pool and day bed. Simply wonderful. The food is outstanding mixing traditional Greek and a wider European selection. Great choices for all three meals and a fantastic selection of drinks on the all inclusive deal. I can't emphasise enough how brilliant all of the staff were. They truly value their customers and make you feel like royalty.

My partner and I stayed in a swim-up room from late September to early October. What we remember most is the warm way we were received and continued to be made to feel welcome every day. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. When we couldn't rent the e-bikes that were included in our stay, they arranged for us to get a car instead, which allowed us to see the whole island. They put little treats such a cocktails and a bottle of wine in our room while we were out, always with lovely wee notes. Castelli also has a selection of beautiful jewellery from local artists, and the staff helped us select and wrap up the gifts for people at home. Food: the buffet had plenty of options, and everything tasted incredibly fresh and homemade. We especially enjoyed the custard filled dessert, I think it's called Bougatsa, and I love the sauce they used for vegetables and chickpeas and such (I'm vegetarian so didn't eat the meat). The room: we had our own little pool! The water flows into the other pools next to it, but everyone was very respectful of each other's privacy. The only thing I struggled with was getting my book to the bed on the other side without getting it wet, but there were plenty of other places to sit and lie down. We were lucky in that we had sun almost every day, and it was 25-27 degrees. The terras outside the room was sheltered from the wind, so it actually felt too hot at times! This week was a gift we gave each other for our anniversary, and as such we kind of kept to ourselves. We didn't join the activities, but so many did look fun. If you're looking for a bit of a sense of community, you can definitely find that here. Or if, like us, you just want a week sunshine, food, and the chance to explore a new place, then you can't go wrong with Castelli. This week was honestly the best gift. We came here for our 1st wedding anniversary and we both thought it was absolutely amazing! The staff and hotel owner are so friendly, you’ll immediately feel at hotel the second you arrive to the hotel! It’s also close enough to all the main restaurants and bars that you can walk to them. We would highly recommend this hotel to anybody. Thank you for making our stay here special!

We stayed here one night due to our Tui flight being cancelled. This is a hotel that knows what it’s doing. A family business oozing with charm, great service and a level of customer service that’s hard to find. We met two of the family that owned the hotel and they were both charming. Turns out the previous 7 days were had stayed in one of their other hotels which was equally as good. Good food, lovely atmosphere and I wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you for your service.
