房間很一般，但是我看了在當地的確屬於OK的了，歐洲酒店內部設定也就這樣，但是花園連着沙灘還是非常漂亮的

設施完善，風景優美，值得

The hotel and food was lovely. When arriving late to the hotel they kindly left food for us in the room which was very thoughtful. The standard room is lovely but the space between the toilet and door sadly isn’t. There is lovely baby powdered shower and shampoo in the room which we used. The rooftop bar is lush and the entertainment was also. If you go there please try the Zakinthos donuts they were lush. We would defo come back again if they could make sure we don’t have a huge tree infront of the balcony next time lol. The other thing though to mention was that the lack of loungers for the guests. They had some on the beach which they say is not there’s but they were taking the money for them which I found strange.

Pros: Pool / bar area / hotel grounds. Food / drink. Room. Location. Beach. Cleanliness. Cons: Too many kids (not hotel's fault, personal preference). Not enough sunbeds around pool. (Always said guests should be allocated 1 sunbed each on arrival, ensuring enough sunbeds per guests). Sunbeds too expensive on beach. Some glass glasses around pool, staff did nothing about it. Non all-inclusive guests helping themselves to drinks and snacks, staff did nothing about it. No lifeguard, therefore too many inflatables in pool causing hazard. (Banned in pools in Spain). Poor night-time entertainment. No day-time entertainment.

Terrible service , avoid this hotel at any cost. Not all inclusive but drinks are diluted at the pool bar even when they charge you! Sun beds are chargeable with extra for the security box. Waste of money. Regretting coming here. It’s NOT a 5 star hotel barely a 2 star hotel with their staff’s attitude. Very disappointed.

Siamo stati un giorno in questo hotel perché quello accanto in cui avevamo prenotato non aveva la camera libera e ci hanno dirottato qui. Pur non avendo gli standard dei 5 stelle in Italia per me è 5 stelle per molte cose, a parte la splendida posizione sulla spiaggia di Laganas. È una bella struttura, ci hanno dato una camera con vista mare e terrazzo. 5 stelle per la cortesia di tutto lo staff, 5 stelle per il roof top che di notte è 'acceso' con il bar funzionante. 5 stelle infine per lo squisito buffet (colazione e cena). La piscina è vero è risicata, ma c'è un bel giardino e infine la spiaggia con prezzi dei lettini e ombrelloni più che ragionevoli. Che si va a fare in piscina quando davanti c'è un mare stupendo, balneabile, caldo...uno splendore

Having travelled to many 4/5 hotels around the world I have to say this is the worst ever, Arrived to be greeted by abrupt reception staff, told to fill in a piece of paper with every detail that they should have had about us when our booking was made ie wanting our car reg plate place of birth bank details etc, went to restaurant for dinner tried to charge us 60 euros tried saying we are staying half board so we don't need to pay 2 waiters later they call reception and told you can eat , eat we didn't do food was shocking all dried out and just horrible , breakfast food was always cold , only fresh fruit they had was water melon fruit for yogurt was all tinned fruit, paid for a superior room with sea view sea view was the best think about the room no place to put suitcases apart from 1 under a table & the other on a stool , the resort & beach where lovely & would return again but this hotel never again

Whole trip was amazing, we were looking at the turtles, we saw the dolphins and also we saw the People living here. Atmosphere was amazing, we could go anywhere anytime and still be amazed so I would tell that this trip was everything i wanted.

After a long journey to arrive at the hotel, the receptionist was so kind and thoughtful, she sent us to get a late dinner before the restaurant closed, and she would start our checkin and finish when we got something to eat. The room was lovely, very clean, comfy beds,. AC is very important to me in hot areas, so it was of the highest order. The food was satisfactory, perhaps some more options would be nice to see, but good quality nonetheless. The quality of the cocktails in all-inclusive was not the greatest standard, so we had to pay a premium for good cocktails. The bar staff worked extremely hard and one person in particular, Daniela, worked 110% to be engaging, give quality service, and nothing was too much bother for her. A real star. Disappointing was the fact that if we wanted to eat our meals outside of the restaurant, we had to pay for the privilege. Stealth tax? Pool area - felt not enough sunbeds to accommodate all the guests, and if no bed available, the private beach of the hotel did require payment for sunbeds. But overall a lovely hotel and tremendous staff who were superb. Only down side being those surcharges. Would I go back - Yes!!! Would I recommend - Yes!! Ann D
