Been to many all inclusives and this is by far the best. Food was excellent staff and service excellent. Proximity to the beach was perfect. Massive and comfy bed. No wrist band. Whoop! Also did what they could to cater for my Vegan wife. All in all great stay

L'hotel et sa situation été superbe. Chambre et equipements au top. On besoin de rien car tout est là. Literie confortable. Espaces communal très propre. Tout compris du bon qualité boissons et cocktails aussi. Le service au restaurant et au bar pas de tout 5* un attente trop longue, pas assez de personnel et c'etait que le debut du saison. Service a table presque non existant ! L'animation n'était pas bon. 22h et le Dj est parti. Les chanteurs mauvais. Il manque d'ambiance. Serviette de plages a disposition mais abusé, les couples qui prendre 6/8 serviettes pour quelques heures. Faut mettre un système de caution en place pour eviter le lavage des serviettes tous les jours, incroyable! Manque d'information sur les animations. Le QR code qui marche pas pour beaucoup de personnes. Nous avons passé les super vacances ici mais cest pas un 5* niveau service.

One of the first things we noticed was how clean everything was — from the rooms to the restaurants and even the poolside loungers. It’s rare to see such attention to hygiene without it feeling clinical. The food was another highlight: every meal was fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. The local dishes, especially the grilled fish and Greek salads, were outstanding.

Stayed in May 25, upon arrival looks like a a 5 star property, as outlined below, commencing, after been shown room, which was very small, bathroom hold only one person, and sink which was very poorly made, and scratched. We immediately booked the 3 A La Carte restaurants - Meze ( Greek) and Italian and Grille, strongly recommend you do this as even then struggled to get bookings ( hotel was circa half full. Meze is excellent but only opened lunchtimes, Italian is very poor, and is not Italian, mainly just pizza and pasta. Grille was very good. Buffet food very repetitive, and at best average, the most worrying point was the food is not hot, so be careful. The food is certainly not 5 star. The drinks are Ok, but once again, at evening queues of circa 25 people with one bar tender, and several other staff loading glasses at peak time!!, surely the Management can use some common sense. Incidentally all the staff are lovely but seem to lack any form of management. Several complaints were made to front desk, who quite frankly ignored and never even bothered to look. Taking into account this was circa half capacity, I dread to think what it would be like in July/August. It was not until a lady Customer Relations, did her best to try and recover the situation. Entertainment is almost non existent, with a so called DJ, who basically plays songs via a laptop with zero interaction The hotel grounds are a total mess, with barren land covered in weeds, there appears to be zero gardening! this certainly is not 5 star! Overall this property is NOT to Marriott standards and is certainly not comparable to other Dome establishments. Not good value

Our recent trip to this family hotel was an exceptionally pleasant experience. From the very first moment, we felt the true essence of Greek hospitality. The owners and staff were friendly, approachable, and always ready to help with a warm smile. The hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms, ideal for families. Our room had cozy beds, a fridge, air conditioning, and a balcony with a beautiful view of the mountains and the sea. The kids absolutely loved the outdoor area – there was a garden, a playground, and a safe space where they could play freely. Breakfast was rich and thoughtfully prepared, featuring fresh, local products such as yogurt, honey, cheeses, and handmade pies. We parents enjoyed our coffee in peace while the children engaged in various activities around the property. The hotel’s location was perfect – peaceful, yet close to beautiful beaches and traditional tavernas. It also offered easy access to short trips and attractions in the area. In summary, this is an excellent choice for families looking to relax, enjoy nature, and feel at home. We highly recommend it and can’t wait to return!

There is no way this hotel should have 5* rating (3 at best) Good points to start. Located on the beach. Welcoming and friendly staff, at least most of them. Public areas clean. Now the bad points. The food is some of the worst we have had in our many years of holidaying. It was barely lukewarm and on numerous occasions the meat was overcooked to the point where it was impossible to cut, let alone chew. The vast majority of meat was cooked in a sauce which was often sweet. No show cooking which you would expect in 5*. We often ate out in some really lovely restaurants. We booked with Jet2 on all inclusive plus basis, which, according to the app, included premium drinks. However we were told by staff that we would have to pay extra. As a result, we bought our own Tanqueray Gin and decanted into small bottles to use in the bar. At times, there were queues of 15 to 20 people at the bar with only one girl serving who looked so stressed and close to tears. You should not be queuing in 5*. One evening the bar ran out of draught beer. Our room, whilst comfortable and spacious was not cleaned to an acceptable standard. There was mould and dirt in the bathroom. The hot water was hit and miss, out of 9 nights we only managed to get 2 hot showers each. Mostly was lukewarm like the food and one occasion extremely cold. Face flannels were removed and never replaced as was the shower mat and hand towels. Tea was not topped up at all and coffee/milk sporadic. On our first day a maintenance man used his pass and entered our room just as I has finished getting changed. There was no reason for him to be there and when we complained to reception they brushed it off like it was nothing. Hence we decided to not mention the dirt and mould in the bathroom as also didn't want to spend hours getting moved or having more uninvited people in our room. Evening entertainment was nothing to write home about, however, we prefer to sit and play games or read, as appears many others did also. During the evening the lights were dimmed all throughout the bar area, apart from the empty dance floor, leaving us having to use torches on our phones to continue our games or reading. (We were sat in a quieter area of the bar) We had to pay 15 euros tax per night because we were in so called 5*, which we only found out about part way through our booking. If we stayed in a 3* hotel, which in our opinion we did, we would have paid 5 euros per night. We have been well and truly ripped off. We will never return again and our opinions are shared with many other guests that we spoke to. It's clear that this hotel and perhaps many others in Zante are extremely understaffed and as we stayed early in their tourist season, things will probably get worse as staff morale appears low.
