Eine schöne Unterkunft mit einem tollen Poolbereich, der wirklich zum entspannen einlädt. Das Essen und die Getränke sowie die Auswahl sind einfach super und dazu kommt das super freundliche Personal. Das Hotel an sich und die Zimmer waren sauber. Für uns hätte der Pool etwas länger geöffnet sein dürfen, aber das ist nur Nebensache.

Restaurant and bar staff were very friendly and helpful and the all inclusive drinks had a good variety. The food was horrific - barely edible, always cold and did not look appetising. I ate salad all week. The rooms were very basic, definitely not 5star, beds uncomfortable and they were not properly cleaned all week. The shower flooded so we had to put towels by the bathroom door to prevent the water gaining access to the rest of the room.

Just returned from a week at this hotel when we arrived the hotel looked fab we booked a pool view our room was really good very comfortable bed with all the things you need cleaning was done daily the only downside we had was our balcony was the smallest on the site we struggled to sit out there there by pool area is very good clean and water is pristine food in the hotel is very poor cold and repetitive there is no entertainment in the evenings and not much room to sit I would hate to go here at peak season as only one side of the pool gets sun all day long the drinks are very watered down overall I would rate the hotel at best a 3plus star ⭐️ the staff are great tho especially in the restaurant

We arrived home yesterday after spending 11 nights at this hotel. I will start with the positive points first. The hotel was contemporary and sleek. Our room was really comfortable and spacious. Most of the staff were polite and helpful. All areas including pools very clean and well kept. Weather beautiful. Negative points. Food was really unacceptable for a 5 star hotel, I have honestly had far better food in some 3 star hotels. Lack of variety, lukewarm food and on the last 2 evenings because the hotel was quiter they reduce the amount of food served. The wine served at the hotel again was cheap plonk. Absolutely ridiculous for a country that produces some nice wines and again totally unacceptable for a hotel that is calling themselves a 5 star hotel to be serving such substandard products. We found the reception staff on a few occasions to be quite dismissive. The surrounding areas very scruffy looking and unattractive. Certainly not the nicest resort in Greece that I have stayed in.

Lovely place very polite and friendly staff would stay again the rooms are spacious and clean food is what it is for all inclusive but would rather proper English Breakfast we had to constantly ask for tea and coffee for the room but apart from that ok stay

When we arrived at the hotel all we could smell was raw sewage as the sewage plant was just across the road ,the room was a nice spacious room with a nice pool view. The food was never hot all week it was not enjoyable eating cold food and didn't matter what time you went into the restaurant so after 2 days we had had enough and started to eat out at restaurants .evening entertainment was very poor only 2 in the week we stayed .the snack bar we ordered greek salad and for 2 days they said they had no feta cheese witch wA disappointing as you expected feta cheese with a Greek salad. Cleaning was not really up to much either .we as a family travel lots and this is not 5* hotel .Will not be returning due to cold food and the smell of raw sewage witch attracted many flies as well
