In the district of Diklo, 6 km from the centre of Zadar, outside the resort, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position in the residential district, 150 m from the sea, 150 m from the beach, in the countryside, south facing position. For shared use: property 1'000 m2 (fenced), garden with lawn and trees, swimming pool angular fenced (13 x 6 m, depth 120 - 190 cm, seasonal availability: 13.Jun. - 19.Sep.) with internal staircase.
