Make this the place to stay when you’re in Yufuin! We didn’t expect our room to be so spacious (think of it more as you private little house on the premises) and beautiful, and the service was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond for us and helped us with whatever question we had (and even helped us call tourist information centers). The staff member that served us our dinner was especially great! The food was equally amazing. The location is not far from the city although we recommend to come by car as it’s a bit of a walk from the station and up the hill. However even that walk would be worth it. Would definitely book again next time I plan on staying in this area!

너무너무너무 친절히시고 한국어로 계속 설명해주시려고 해주셔서 너무 편하고 힐링하고 갑니다 ㅎㅎ 물 너무 따뜻하고 프라이빗해서 너무 좋았습니다 밤에 노천하면 진짜 너무 좋이요 뱔도많고 조석식 너무 맛있었고 진짜 너무 200% 만족했습니다 !!! 완전강추! 다음에 또 오고싶네요!!!

酒店非常精緻，而且私隱度高，早餐及晚餐，非常豐富美味，管家式服務，一切好先與管家溝通有為你代勞，室房間有私人露天風呂，浴缸也是溫泉水，水溫非常熱有45度，早晚都泡一次，非常舒適。是一次很好的住宿體驗。

酒店沒有接送 在由布屬於少見的 房型設計還是比較合理的 露天湯池也夠大 吃的相較其他酒店就麻麻地 服務的話比較家庭民俗的感覺

Located in a quaint little town which is about 1.5km away from Yufuin Station. Everything was perfect about this little Onsen Hotel/Inn and the food was beyond words could describe! The only downside was to get to and fro the hotel from Yufuin Station. Taxi will set you back ¥800 per way. Bus will only take you about 750m and you got to walk the rest of the distance upslope to the hotel. On the day of departure from the hotel, we pre-arranged a taxi to pick my wife and I up at 8.40am for our 9.07am train to Kumamoto and we were only informed that all taxi bookings were full at 8am. My wife and I had a hasty but tasty breakfast before making our way downslope, onto the Main Street to Yufuin Station. An early morning Route March some would call it. 😂 Thank you Yuhri for giving us the best of your service and the private Onsen was more than perfect too!

我們是自駕遊，前往酒店相對方便。如果個人前往就要詢問酒店會否提供接送服務，這方面就不清楚了。 但食物很好美味😋，溫泉很舒服，房間很大，服務一流👍🏻 下次再來由布院，一定再次選擇這間酒店。

房間非常舒適。溫泉很好，非常文青休息一流。

주소를 택시 기사님께 보여드렸는데 잘 모르셔서 조금 곤란했었는데 그래도 잘 도착했어요. 석식도 스키야키가 제일 맛있었어요

職員非常熱情有禮貌，私人溫泉很好，房裡的配置也很好，很適合情侶

酒店有管家服務，貼心安排好你的晚餐及早餐時間，亦會預早打電話通知你。房間內的露天溫泉很適合害羞的客人，而且會令你很放鬆。餐點是正常的日式料理，味道都不錯

酒店房間是獨立屋，有私人風呂及私人吃飯的房間，到吃飯時間會致電通知，私隱度很高。房間很大，有地暖，電視可以連接Netflix及YouTube 。員工很友善，極度推薦，下次會再想來住！

今次是第2次入住友里，喜歡他們是每戶獨立一棟木屋，有免費泊車，房內有個大廳，大電視機，大床，還有大浴缸，有一個露天私人風呂，晚餐和早餐在獨立包廂，私隱度高，大堂有咖啡提供，職員態度非常友善，由布院湯の坪街道揸車上去只係2分鐘車程，自駕遊十分方便。

都是獨棟帶私湯房，泡湯隨意，房間大，乾淨，景色也不錯；酒店服務熱情，賓至如歸；一泊二食必要且湯食很不錯
