What csn I say but amazing stayed fof our anniversery in the heart of the city wslking didtance of sll mzjor attractions apartment was warm cosy and prefect for snuggling up. Had access to all streaming services and was met with a lovely hamper as well

GOOD BITS What a fantastic apartment!! We were in No 7 Fairfax. The 2 bedroom apartment was spotless with everything you could possibly need. They even supplied bath robes, slippers and ear plugs. Lovely welcome basket with biscuits, chocolate, jam etc. and milk, water and butter in the fridge. Toiletries in bathroom if needed and plenty of nice fluffy towels. Jacuzzi bath with shower and a helpful step for the less mobile. Spacious lounge with TV, comfy sofas and wi fi Plenty of spotless crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils even some cleaning products. Full size oven and hob, dishwasher and Coffee maker. The beds 1 Double and 2 singles were very comfortable and the bedding was spotlessly clean and warm. Would definitely stay here again if in York as location is spot on and it’s a beautiful apartment. Only a few minutes walk from town centre, the Christmas Markets and Car Parks. Thank you so much Lesley and Jo Anne for a lovely stay. NOT SO GOOD BITS BUT DEFINITELY WOULDN’T STOP US STAYING HERE AGAIN!! The toilet was unfortunately extremely difficult to flush especially if you haven’t much strength in your hands or have arthritis in fingers. There also seemed to be a horrible continuous smell in the entrance foyer, lift and upper landings which we think was smelly drains but would stress there was ABSOLUTELY NO SMELL in the apartment whatsoever. Would definitely recommend.

We stayed here with our little boy for a week in York. The apartment was lovely and had everything we needed, including washing up items and cleaning sprays. Our little had been sick on the journey so the airers and washing facilities came in very handy. The welcome hamper, bathrobes and slippers were a really nice touch. Due to being on a busy road, it can be a little noisy if at the front and it was really hot during the night. Brilliant location. Overall a lovely place and would recommend to family and friends.

We had a lovely stay, the apartment is the perfect base to see all the sights of York. Its clean and well presented with everything you could need for a short break, as well as some extra treats. Beds and sofas were lovely and comfortable. Hosts we a text away to answer any questions and were extremely helpful.
