Premier Inn York City (Blossom St South)

還不錯，和目的地很近。

辦理入住前後四十分鐘，前台態度很不好，不解決問題，第二天也沒有打掃衞生，唯一的好處就是距離火車站近，不是很推薦

This hotel is well located just outside the city wall and only 5 minutes walk from the station. We stayed 2 nights, Mon to Weds in term time. We found all reception staff to be polite and helpful. We had previously asked for a quiet room and were given a room on the top floor at the end of the corridor at the back of the hotel. Perfect! The room was clean and had everything you needed. Other reviews mentioned an unpleasant smell and it is true that the corridor and room had a faint odour. It was not drains. I have no idea what it was but it was only faint and tended not to notice after a minute or two. The breakfast had everything you needed and as the hotel was not at full capacity the serving area worked adequately and if anything ran out it was replaced reasonably quickly. We paid for the meal deal which was £16 ( if you had already paid for breakfast) for that you had two courses and a drink which includes a pint of Madri. Fantastic value. We did this both nights so had 4 meals between us. Everything we had was good although with the curry the naan bread was hard and crispy and the poppadom was not crispy. Overall I can recommend the deal. Would I stay here again.....yes!

The sleep was great but they dishes and mugs at breakfast were incredibly dirty and covered in hi air and grime. The food was cold and pastries were stale, the most disappointing breakfast ever I wasn’t even sure whether I got scrambled eggs or chopped rubber ducks. I don’t recommend coming here although the service was great.

This hotel is definitely not the best PI we've ever stayed in, however, it wasn't horrific or anything! 😂 We booked a Premier Plus room which we tend to do now as a matter of course, with the Plus room we were given being extremely spacious. The mattress was a zip-link, however, which we didn't appreciate and it also was majorly dipped and lumpy in places. The shower wasn't very hot either, nor was it very powerful. We always appreciate having a fridge in the Plus room, though! ☺️ Breakfast was carnage, there were simply too many people for the amount of staff working. It was a free for all! The water and juices were barely ever topped up, the hot food took an age to be replenished and the whole environment was lacking. The tables were dirty and there were leftover plates everywhere. It was not good at all! Overall, I wouldn't actively choose to stay here again unfortunately 😩

Stayed at PI south recently. Had booked early check-in . We had a great stay very good hotel near to city centre and 3 mins from station. Staff excellent room very good . We were going to a Northern Soul do on the Saturday night which was excellent , but the whole city seemed to be raving !
