It’s located inside the scenic area u can hear and see the waterfall from your room it was magical, everyone trues to help you and understand you regardless of the language barrier

Hotel room have amazing views as it’s the tallest building surrounding that area with amazing view of waterfalls and you can see sunset just right from the balcony. Hotel can arrange to pick up your bags from main entrance just need to ring them as lots of walks with stairs. Hotel it’s self has no lift so big luggage you may choose to pack your valuables, clothes & stuff you need in a backpack and leave your luggage at level 1 asked them to safe-keep for you if you don’t mind. Restaurant with view opposite hotel slightly around 20-30% higher then normal. But you pay for the view.. Lastly there’s two type of toilet with seated one n squatting type remember to asked before you get your rooms!

The hotel is located at a nice location, the staff was friendly. The room was pretty noisy due to the balcony doors that wouldn’t close properly. The shower head was also in bad shape and was spraying water all over the place.

Very comfy & large bed! Amazing views from the balcony of the room, you could hear the waterfall making it very peaceful. Room was expensive for what you get - could do with more amenities & a few things were broken. The balcony views make up for it though

the location is unbelievable. rooms and hotel were decent, according to the category. if you are planning to go early to sleep, consider other options.

Absolutely terrible service from the hotel . I needed to change my plans around my travel in China , and received the absolute worst service possible as the hotel refused to allow me a free cancellation on this property, every other hotel I stayed at allowed provided the best service. However this hotel was really unhelpful and unwilling to help .

The hotel staff member were very friendly and helpful, full of smile. The food were excellent, the show were amazing.

Balcony had a lots of spider webs and we even killed a massive spider

Beautiful location. View only for rooms that are even number Staff was trying to be nice but communication was difficult Breakfast is only soup. Delicious, but its the only option. No coffee, only tea

The hotel is very nice, on top of a restaurant. The rooms were very beautiful. We booked a “panorama room” thinking it might have a view because of the name. Since it didn’t, we asked for an upgrade to a room with waterfalls view. Fortunaly, there was availability, so the team helped us change rooms. The view from the balcony was really amazing. It’s worth adding that the hotel is inside the scenic area, where taxis can’t arrive. Ours left us in the closest gate (Liang Bridge), purchased the tickets, and we walked a short distance (300mts).
