They said that the kitchen is closed, there is no room service, I got the answer that there is a big chef outside. The staff of the hotel is extremely rude and arrogant. God help you if you accidentally come across the front office manager... Arab customers. They trust me so much that I said I would never stay at this hotel again, and their answer was, "Look behind you." What I saw was Arab guests. What a pity. By the way, even though I told them to change the TV menu to Arabic, they didn't care."

"We arrived in Trabzon, Turkey on October 3rd and stayed at the 4-star Alissan Hotel for 8 days. My brother Faisel Ismail and friend Salah Almeer and I shared a room there. When we arrived, we were warmly greeted by a friendly receptionist named Ms. Haneefa, who made our stay very pleasant. The hotel staff were all loyal and dedicated to serving guests and making them feel like part of the family. Our room, including the bathroom, was clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet in the morning had a variety of delicious food. We had a remarkable tour of Trabzon's beautiful weather, and we definitely plan to come back and recommend the hotel to our friends and family."

"Everything about the hotel was wonderful. The cleanliness was excellent, the facilities were great, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect — everything you need is nearby. It’s especially convenient if you’re planning day trips to northern Trabzon areas such as Rize and Uzungöl, or even Batumi, Georgia. You can easily coordinate with local tour companies for pickup right across the street from cevehar  Mall, which is just a one-minute walk from the hotel. The only downside was the breakfast during the last two days of my stay — there was no buffet breakfast, and instead, they served set plates. I believe this was because there were not enough guests in the hotel at that time. Overall, it was an excellent stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel"

"Customer satisfaction is zero, it doesn't even deserve 3 stars! This hotel is definitely not customer-focused. The staff are only concerned with sending passengers away, completely indifferent, and even dishonest. When they came to clean, they threw all the dirty sheets on the floor but left the room without even bothering to pick them up! 3-star hotels at least have basic hygiene products (e.g., hair conditioner), but even that wasn't there. My experience was disappointing, I definitely do not recommend it."
