在橫濱的新區，交通不是很方便，酒店比較新，設施挺好，其他都感覺中規中矩，符合希爾頓標準

為了演唱會而選的酒店，位置挺便利的，房間設施和隔音也很好！衛生也很ok～早餐自助餐選擇也很多！～！！

乾淨、服務好

就在會場旁邊，看演唱會會很方便，周圍環境很好，地鐵出行略不方便，落地窗看景色很愜意的，感謝中文前台美女給升級了房間，

I stayed in this hotel with my wife during one night. Though the location was not so good due to the distance that was a little too far to walk to the closest subway's station, the facility was so clean and the service was excellent, so I strongly recommended to you if your priority is "staying in excellent hotel to mitigate your stress and another reasons, but if not, you had better choose different hotel in the case of enjoying sightseeing or business.

位置環境都很不錯 交通方便 很遺憾房間蟲子問題較嚴重 入住當日已發現書桌和衞生間有小蟲爬動 床也睡的癢被咬了

Big room and clean. Love the Crabtree products - lotion and shampoo . Very convenient and staff are friendly Breakfast tastes so so . But bearable

kアリーナでのコンサートで利用させて頂きましたが、アクセスも良くホテルのサービス全てが良く大満足でした！ 室温湿度がめちゃくちゃ良くて、とにかくベッドが気持ち良くてグッスリ眠れました！ また利用させていただきたいと思い出した！

不太近車站，但近麵包超人館，小朋友很開心 也有西松屋可以平買小朋友用品衣服 房間很大整潔，剛剛去到有一年一度煙花表演係附近 就近也有大大間平價超市，樓下也有便利店，食宵夜放便😛

飯店乾淨設備好地點也很好走去火車站7分鐘
