Malioboro Prime Hotel arvostelua

Yogyakartaから入国して中部ジャワ内を移動する前に一泊しました。 駅にも近く、繁華街に近いため立地は最高です。 部屋の大きさ、家具や寝具のクオリティは若干低めでしたが、 ホテルの料金がやや低いことを考慮すると満足するレベルでした。 周辺にホテルは多くあり、次回はYogyakartaを満喫するためには ランクの高いホテルを選ぶことも選択肢の一つです。

The location is good, but everything else lacks. They probably made effort to clean the sheets, but still at an unacceptable condition. The towels weren’t dried properly, hence left with bad smell. Big gaps between the door and the frame allowed all noises easily come into the room from the corridor. The shower head needed replacement or cleaning as the shower was going in all wrong directions. The shower door also didn’t stop the water going outside of the cubicle and the floor towel was all wet. @trip.com needs to review their services and make sure they satisfy minimum standards. Otherwise it may damage your reputation as a trusted travel service provider.

1. There was no cupboard or hangers for clothes. 2. Soap dispensers in the toilet & the washeroom weren't working properly. 3. There is no handle on the toilet door ( just a small round steel piece) , hard to pull n open. 4. No room clean unless u call n request the reception. Suggestions: 1. Need to include basic amenities as all other hotels do have, like : Cupboards, Iron Box, atleast 4 hangers, etc. 2. Hotel should have the card ( Please make or clean my room / Do Not Disturb ).

Je ne tiens pas á commenter cet hôtel, ol ne m'a pasconvenu.

Lokasi oke, cuma selangkah ke malioboro, kamar bersih dan dpt yg view stasiun, tapi bidet di wcnya bocor jd harus dimatikan selesai digunakan (gak bisa otomatis), katel air panas jg rusak, sarapan biasa aja dan gak ada sereal, next mudah2an diperbaiki aja yg kurang2

Very convenient location near train station , close to restaurants and sightseeing places. Hotel room is big with everything needed. It's a home away from home.

酒店的位置很好，就靠近馬里奧菠蘿大街旁邊，但是房間非常的小，從來沒有住過這麼小的房間，而且浴巾黑的都不敢用，杯子的底上還是黃黃的，原來訂了兩晚，後來跟攜程客服溝通同意提前退房另找酒店，攜程的售後服務還是非常棒的
