"As someone who frequently stays in hotels for extended periods, I don't usually leave bad reviews, but this time, I absolutely have to. It's completely terrible. On Trip.com, I typically book hotels with a rating of 4.7 or higher. This time, I wanted to be closer to the night market and didn't pay close attention to the reviews. It turns out the low rating is well-deserved. 1. For a 4-star hotel, it's connected to a billiard hall, posing a safety risk. At the very least, avoid Block B. 2. After requesting a floor change, the new key card didn't work. After going downstairs to sort it out, they told me to call the number on the key card if it still didn't work. Classic buck-passing, honestly. What's the point of having a front desk then? 3. Ultimately, the key card still wouldn't work. By this point, I hadn't even entered a room since arriving but had already been up and down the elevator three times. They switched my room and said it was an upgrade. Whatever, as long as I can just stay, because I was exhausted. 4. And here's the kicker: the floor-to-ceiling window in the new room was cracked. Alright, fine. I just wanted to settle in and not deal with any more hassle. 5. For those who like to work out, be warned: this hotel has no gym. No gym, no gym, no gym. It says it has one, but it doesn't. It's never been open. 6. Waiting for hot water to shower took at least 6 minutes! Absolutely speechless. It only returned to normal on my second shower. When I was leaving, the room next door also found this issue and called someone to fix it. 7. The tissues were used and stained. 8. The door chain was also broken. After all that negativity, there are a few positives. The breakfast was mediocre but acceptable for the price. Also, the security guard at the entrance was very responsible and proactive in finding parking spaces. That's it. In summary, there are many choices in Yiwu; there's no need to pick this one."
