It wasnt the most pleasant experience we arrived afternoon around 2:30 said the room was not ready we have to wait one to two hours we were so tired tried to talk to them to check if have any available room the staff asked the manager and he said if not agree to wait then cancel the reservation that was very rude of him after that we got a bit angry at the end they offered a room it was good but very cold the air condition was barely working we were cold all night got sick the next day it was one of the worst experience for us will never go back there specially for the rude attitude they gave us also the bed wasn’t very comfortable unfortunately the location is good we thought we would get a better experience
