After the investigation, we found that the receptionist didn't give youa lable because they was too busy to forgot. Under the hotel rules, we require that each laggage and package must be labeled. In addition, the quality of Chinese guests and foreign guests traveling in China is very high, so I don't think you need to worry too much.
