While there was no drop-off service available for our early departure, we understood that the shuttle service only starts operating from 9:00 a.m. Overall, it's a great place to stay, especially for travelers who value convenience and accessibility. Highly recommended!"

If you're a light sleeper, you won't be able to sleep without earplugs."

"I had a memorable stay at this hostel. This offers both hostel rooms and tents. I stayed in a tent and it was a very unique, fun experience with a very comfortable bed. The manager is very kind, he speaks English very well, and he is happy to greet guests, give them advice about the city, and take them wherever they need to go. The other staff are also helpful, warm, and friendly. The atmosphere of the hotel is great and social. All the people there come in with a very good attitude. The boss talks a lot about the history and culture of the place and his people, which was fascinating. I would recommend this hotel to anybody looking for a unique and welcoming stay in Yining."

"First off, the location is great—it's about a 5-8 minute walk to both the Grand Bazaar and Kazanqi. As for the service, the front desk attendant, Xiao Mai, was incredibly beautiful and super enthusiastic. She even upgraded our room for free! The moment I saw her, all the travel fatigue just melted away. Finally, the room itself was spacious, with new facilities, and excellent soundproofing. All in all, it was a perfectly wonderful stay, highly recommended!"

"Overall, the hotel is quite good – very clean and comfortable. It's close to the Yili River, about a 10-minute taxi ride to watch the sunrise. The location isn't ideal, though. It takes about half an hour to get to both the airport and the train station. I asked for a quiet room, but initially, I was given a room right by the road. The view of a wasteland outside the window was also quite depressing. I had to repeatedly ask them to change rooms before they finally moved me. All calls default to the main switchboard, not the front desk. I got the impression the switchboard staff were quite frustrated too. Their attitude was good, but they couldn't help with things like delivery updates as they weren't aware of them."

"The hygiene was terrible. There were many marks on the walls and in the shower. The toilet was inside the shower, with no separate wet and dry area. The smart toilet was broken, constantly flushing and making a lot of noise; it took several presses to stop. The showerhead was also broken, leaking and not dispensing water. I ended up having to use the overhead shower head, which had to run for a long time before the hot water was hot enough. The smart buttons were useless; the curtains didn't work. The internet was terrible; ordering takeout wouldn't even refresh, and loading images on video apps took forever. The sheets and blankets had holes, and the towels were made of non-absorbent material. The platform said it was newly renovated in 2025, but the facilities and amenities were quite old. The app listed it as a 4-star hotel, and while there were rooms with breakfast, the restaurant didn't provide it. The value for money was very low; hotels at the same price point offer much better rooms and amenities. The only good thing was that the washing machine and dryer worked well, but the laundry room didn't provide toiletries."

"The location is a bit out of the way. To get to Six Star Street or Kazanqi, you'll need to take a taxi. If you're not too tired, taking the bus would involve about a 15-minute walk. If you're driving, parking is convenient, and getting in and out isn't congested. Being next to the street didn't make it feel noisy at all. Breakfast was typical hotel fare, but the late-night congee was a nice touch – a warm bowl really hit the spot when arriving late."
