Crownshine Resort

The room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. The private in-room hot spring bath was perfect if you prefer a more private hot spring experience. The complimentary minibar snacks and drinks were a nice bonus too. The hotel is a bit far from Jiaoxi Station and a little hard to find, but they do provide a shuttle service which I only found out upon arrival. The staff were friendly, polite and very accommodating. Breakfast was available even after check-out. Overall, a very good stay and I’d definitely stay here again next time I’m in Jiaoxi.

The room is clean, bed is comfortable and breakfast set we had during our stay was a huge portion as well. In room fridge items were free as well. The room we book might have difficulty opening up 2pcs of 27 inch luggages. Walking distance to the main street. Did not use the outdoor hot spring as it was under maintenance.

Slightly away from the busy streets but close enough to walk to main restaurants and shops. Very nice hot spring baths and sauna. It was bigger than we thought and good breakfast. Rooms were very clean, spacious and comfortable and having your own hot bath to yourself is very nice. Very friendly people and helpful arranging taxi for us. Thanks and would go back again!

We stayed there for 8 nights, all the staff were very attentive , hotel facilities were kept in tip top shape, we will definitely come back again.

The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Although the public hot spring closed quite early, each room has a private hot spring that you can use whenever you like. You can also contact the hotel in advance to arrange a complimentary shuttle service to or from the nearby bus terminal or train station. There were many excellent restaurants and farms worth visiting in the area.

The hot springs are located right beside the hotel. Walk out from hotel lobby, turn right is the hot springs. Many pools; no crowds. Quite enjoyable. Room is pretty and clean with indoor hot springs. High recommended for family.

Nice hotel, excellent service staff (smiles all around ). Room was clean and functional. Breakfast was a little boring ( poorer compared to PIN hotel standards ). Some nice water play slides for kids would have been nice. But overall a nice clean newish hotel

With a built-in bath, we had the choice of doing the onsen in our room or to go to the hotel's spa which boasts of several pools. The hotel staff were outstanding in looking after us throughout our stay. In fact, I had diarrhea and they kindly brought me to a nearby hospital and accompanied me during the consultation. The hotel is ideally located just 1 street from the eateries. Really an excellent place for a relaxing holiday. Highly recommend any busy executive who needs a break to come to Crownshine Resort

The staff were so polite and kind. We family felt so welcomed. Everything were so tidy and clean especially the bed were super comfortable. Nice place and highly recommended.
