Constantinou Bros Pioneer Beach Hotel

Food was amazing 5* Rooms were small & dated.Bed was really comfortable.Balcony needed updating.We paid for an upgrade "Room with seaview" this was really disappointing (see pic attached) it was more "partial seaview" or "limited seaview" Majority of staff were super friendly especially at the pool bar & worked so hard. Sunbeds around the pool were literally on top of each other (sardines spring to mind) sunbeds were being reserved from as early as 5am & not being occupied til later morning!! Entertainment was okay. The roof top bar was my fave & the best place to be for the most amazing sunsets. The beach was okay I highly recommend beach shoes though. Bus service was great. Check the price with the taxi driver before getting into the cab.

Just returned from a week here. Lovely hotel. Exceptionally clean. Great manager and great staff. A big shout out to Sabita who worked so hard fetching drinks all day long. Great rooms, great air con and really good food. All the restaurants are really good, food amazing. Well worth the visit!

We had a weeks holiday with our two adult children. We all had a lovely time. The team at the hotel are so friendly and do all they can to help you have a wonderful and relaxing time. The rooms are clean and the bed comfortable. The shower is one of the best I have had on holiday. We spent most of the days relaxing by the sea and pool, swimming and taking part in the aqua aerobics. The food and drinks were lovely. We tended to have lunch in the snack bar as we like to eat a little later and you could get excellent pizza, fish and chips and salad there. The general buffet selection was huge. So much choice. We tried all the a la carte restaurants and loved them all. The entertainment was varied. We particularly liked the Cypriot evening and the roof bar was great for sunset views as you sipped your drinks. The hotel staff were all so nice. Our rooms kept clean and the waiting team doing all they could to service. We would highly recommend the hotel.

just come back from a 11 day holiday here and what a fantastic hotel I felt the food was great the staff and management were excellent the TUI rep was great very helpful in her knowledge of the area It has taken the top spot of holiday hotels I have stayed this was my first time to Cyprus and I didn't want to leave I have never given a hotel a 10 out of 10 for everything till now

can't fault the hotel at all. room basic but clean. 4 beach towels left in your room and you either put out for wash in the trolley outside or in your bathroom and they were replaced every day. safe in room free..easy to use. excellent service whether you tipped or not. even on your sunlounger. parasols had number on so they knew where to deliver.. obviously sometimes you was quicker going to the bar yourself but why not.. some guests wasn't happy about that though. the milkshakes was beautiful made with ice-cream. food was excellent and was hot.. stir-fry was on every night along with show cooking.. very spoilt for choice. i am a very fussy eater but i Found something every meal time. you only had to ask if you want something well done and they will cater for you. never seen as much sweet things such as peanut brittle and Turkish delight etc. small area of gluten free food available. tea coffee etc at every meal you just helped yourself. one meal time a man just blew his nose loudly and then picked up the utensils..i said quite loudly that its disgusting but he just carried on.. hand sanitizer at every plate stand but not used so much but nothing to do with the hotel its a behaviour of guests. bar down near the beach was used for alacarte on evenings but lunch time anyone could use it.. fish and chips fantastic and same with sandwiches etc. Guinness was on but apparently not enough lol.. i can't speak for the alacarte as we ate in the buffet. other guests said was lovely.. the sunloungers around the pool was taken during the night but this didn't bother us. we was on the grass area. they were very comfortable. it was quiet and only heard music when water yoga was on. entertainment was poor and ended at 10.30pm.. marco polo bar was open until later and sports bar open 24 hours. we went to the rooftop bar most nights and watched the fireworks from the boat coming into Paphos. staff very pleasant and friendly. and work very hard in 30 degrees.. a couple of staff in buffet restaurant needed to learn how to smile but i gave them one of mine lol..
