Nice peaceful hotel, big room size, great bed!
But everything kind of old, the hotel definitely need renovation
Great pool and beach area, so many places to relax

This is the second time in 2024 we have stayed at the hotel and it is only right that we leave a review to sing the praises of the excellent staff and quality of the hotel. Valia is the jewel in the crown of this hotel she is a superb hostess and makes sure everything is geared up to give guests the best holiday experience. This leadership can be seen in the way the staff all treat guests with warmth and going the extra mile to please. Mention to Alyssa the Chef de Partie who recognised us immediately from our previous visit she is kind and warm in her welcome. All of the staff in the Christina culinarium are fantastic greeting you with big smiles and genuine warmth Nishal was a very attentive waiter for whom nothing was too much trouble along with Nissan the pool side waiter. We really cannot speak highly enough of the consistently high level of service from all the staff and the exceptional quality of the rooms, restaurants and facilities. We have stayed at some of the top hotels in the world, The Eden in Rome, The George V in Paris, The Dorchester and Park Lane Four Seasons in London and Essex House hotel on Central Park South in New York but The Pioneer Beach in Paphos gets the top rating for its consistently high level of welcome and service we will return next year thank you to Valia again and all the superb staff.

We have been many times (about 8) to this hotel and it never fails to please. All of the staff are friendly and helpful and when we go back we are treated like returning family. We have been to other places, but keep going back to the Pioneer Beach. It is the perfect place for a restful holiday.

We have had the BEST holiday! Thank you so much to Valia & the fantastic team for such a lovely warm welcome. We’ve been made to feel so comfortable from day one. Room is superb, food is yummy, drinks are great. Right on the beach, perfect for snorkling. I’m vegan and there has been plenty of choice for me. The live music every night is our sort of entertainment so we’ve enjoyed that. Lots of beautiful, well cared for cats at the hotel. There are no rules about no drinks on your room etc, the waiters make you feel relaxed and not rushed at meal times. Thank you again to the lovely Valia and the entire team, we will definitely be returning! WE DONT WANT TO LEAVE. Emma and Jamie

I absolutely adore this place. The staff are superb and go out of their way for you. Everything is excellent, lots of repeat guests, that says a lot in itself. They are just amazing. Lovely Valia, the room allocations manager is just wonderful and so very very kind. I have nothing but the highest praise for her and all of the lovely staff here. Unfortunately my husband was poorly with a terrible cough and cold for several days and was not able to enjoy the cabana it was a little too hot for him. The pool is lovely but I did find it very cold each tie I went in. The food is excellent. The fish in the main Odysseas restaurant is lovely. The a la carte restaurants are wonderful, best fillet steak ever. Wish they did proper French fries though. The rooms are very comfortable and the bed is just perfect. I wish I knew what brand it was, I'd get one myself. It is expensive but I guess if you want quality you have to pay.
