The best family hotel. All inclusive. Staff always with a smile. You feel like home. Super clean. Delicious food. Great entertaining shows every day. Special thanks to Ellada and Katerina. They are a big plus for this hotel. Definitely will visit again!!!

Just got back from 6 nights at the Louis Phaethon - great food, very friendly team, clean and very well managed. Stand out for us was the food (best all inclusive food we have ever had!) and Ahmed in the restaurant team who always had a smile and friendly greeting for you every day! Location was great as there was an efficient and good value bus service stopping directly outside the hotel which took you right into Paphos harbour which has great restaurants and an incredible UNESCO archaeological site which you shouldn’t miss. We visited in early May and there were plenty of sunbeds, towels available and if you couldn’t get a parasol, you could lie h see the palm trees! Overall a great stay - recommend for a good value break.

This is our second visit to this hotel and we couldn't wait until we returned. We arrived just as dinner was about to end, but we were quickly escorted to the restaurant before we checked in, to ensure that we had a meal. We were greeted by Karim, who immediately welcomed us back. After a small mix up with our room, Alex efficiently sorted it out. We were then bought fresh fruit, a small bottle of wine and a note the next day as a thank you for our understanding, which was very kind. The hotel itself is spotless and the cleaners we met during our stay always greeted us with a hello and a smile. The pool areas are also clean and maintained to a high standard and we never had an issue getting a sunbed. The pools and surrounding areas have plenty of beds and places to shade if required. All lifeguards are friendly, with a special shout out to Karim and Moustafa who were so lovely and had a great sense of humour. The restaurant is beautiful and food choices are immense. The quality of food is excellent and staff work extremely hard, wiping surfaces down, clearing tables and restocking food. Ahmed and Karim welcomed us everyday, asking if we had enjoyed our day. I really hope the mentioned staff receive this positive feedback and gratitude. I would say that the only thing that was slightly disappointing was the entertainment in the evening in the club. Not particularly exciting. Might be better to have visiting acts rather than the team repeating songs etc during each 'show'. We did find ourselves staying on the terrace or going back to our room after dinner. Alex, the entertainment Manager has an amazing voice, but I did feel the 'dancers' not as good as our previous visit. All that being said, I cannot recommend this hotel enough. You are truly treated like family by Michael and Rudi. Even when we were about to leave, staff came over to say goodbye, and Rudi waved us off. I cannot wait till I return.
