We booked based on the other positive reviews. Short version - great hotel, lovely food, good pool and friendly staff. Book here and you will have a great time. Only two negatives, usual sunbed challenges and rocky seabed. More detail; the food is possibly the best we’ve enjoyed at an AI hotel. Had to stop myself having 3-main courses every night! Ahmed in the restaurant is a top man, always a cheery smile and would clean a table if you wanted to sit in that particular spot. Sunbeds around the ‘float’ pool do go early, so if you need 4 together you’ll need to be up before 7am. The other pool, not as busy, but I’d still say 7:30am. But there is the grass area as well for sunbeds, nice sea view and they are available later than both pools. Just check where the sprinklers are aiming (although wet towels can be quite refreshing). Entertainment, staff work hard. Since last year I believe Alex has left and they have a predominantly new team. Jamie is still there and he’s very friendly and good at what he does. Plenty of daytime activities and nighttime shows. Hope this helps your choice. Enjoy🌞🌞

Great stay again , been numerous times before, came for valentine's and my wife's birthday in Feb should of wrote this review sooner but completely forgot. Hotel is fantastic all the bar staff ,waiters , lifeguards ,entertainment team , cleaners, reception staff , cooks and not forgetting management are so helpful ,polite and can't do enough for you. Food and drinks are great ,we love mojitos made with lemonade rather than soda . Always alot of choice of food from kids corner to fresh pizzas, salads to chinese bar to my favourite which is a different meat carvery every day, also lots of desserts and a hot pud everyday , any allergies are catered for just speak to restaurant manager. They do have an indoor pool and jacuzzi downstairs and a gym next door. I did swim in outside pool a few times even in Feb but was cold but I do sea swimming in uk all year round so this was fine for me. The sea was definitely warmer as I swam in it at back of hotel turn left and walk towards beach ,5 mins to 10 mins away easy to get in the sea here. You can go in right in front of hotel off some steps but very slippery and rocky at this part so definitely advise to walk down further. Bus stop outside hotel to the right when you walk out which goes to harbour bus 611 , 2 euro each fare or all day ticket 6.50 euro , use cash . Also reception staff will always call a taxi for you just ask. The entertainment team are great too and there is alot going on throughout the day , games , quizzes, darts, archery ,zumba,shuffleboard, french boules and much much more. Kids club downstairs in chariots and then an evening show every night except Sundays which is always upstairs in bar or on the terrace. Speak to staff if you have a birthday or anniversary they will arrange a table in restaurant for you , always happy to help. All rooms have fridges and hairdryers, tvs and air con. There is also a laundry room on 3rd floor in middle with a couple of washing machines , couple of tumble dryers and a iron and ironing board. Reception staff will change money for this 4 euro a wash. Shop on site for bits and pieces , also shop over road which is much cheaper. Kids play park on site and also table tennis downstairs and a tennis court round the back. We have just returned from our latest visit to this amazing hotel. Up to 25 years ago I was always saying I would "NEVER" return to the same hotel or resort. How wrong was I , we visited this hotel 25 years ago and have returned around 30 times. Things have changed as in a second pool, slides and dedicated children's pool etc. All of the staff have always been excellent and so helpful. I have one issue !! and that is with the "food". I am a fussy eater, but again I have returned having put on 3 kg, from eating such a variety of food. I cannot name everyone who have made our stay so special as there are so many. , but will list a few. Mr P. a General Manager who has a wonderful team working for him and keep him in high regard as we do, Rudi who quietly keeps everything running smoothly. Michael ( a big thank you, for the smallest thing that made our stay special) who seems to be everywhere and oversee so many things. This hotel and its staff can be summed up by a single 30 year old who had visited many countries and variety of hotels. He was overwhelmed by everything especially the bar waiters who made his stay so special by providing a special cocktail each night. When he left he had actual tears where he wished he had booked a longer stay. He will be back as many of us will be . All the best to a wonderful experience. As a solo traveler with my little boy, i was nervous of going abroad with him at first but i didnt need to worry Ive stayed at this hotel 12 times and my 6 year old 10 times and will carry on going as much as i can.This hotel and staff cater for every need possible everyone from cleaners to management make you feel so welcome. My little boy is so picky at eating yet theres always something he likes in the restaurant, if not the managers will make sure there is. The rooms are modern and cleaned every day to a high standard. With bottles of drinking water left. Sunbeds issue. There is always beds available so no sunbed wars in the morning. Finally the entertainment is awesome the staff work so hard all through the day and for the evening shows so much choice to get involved in or just chill by pool. This is our home from home And would recommend to everyone.

This is the third year we have returned to this hotel. It is still as good if not even better than the first time we visited. The food is excellent and there is so much choice. The staff remembered us from our previous visits and made us so welcome. There are daily activities if you want to do them, but for us we mainly wanted to relax and get away. There is a beach nearby, which we walked to a couple of times and also watch the fish. The harbour is a good brisk 30-45 minute walk or there is a bus from right outside the hotel. All round this is my most favourite place to visit and hope to come again soon.

Once again the hotel staff go above and beyond for the comfort of their guests .Choice of food is excellent and even the most fussy eaters should have no problems. Entertainment team work tirelessly throughout the day as do all the staff from management down.
