"Chinese people, don't stay here! Chinese people, don't stay here! This is a very strange and bad place. I was staying alone, and two friends drove to drop me off, but they wouldn't even let them into the hotel. After much haggling, they finally opened the door, but their attitude was extremely perfunctory and impatient. When we tried to communicate, they were indifferent and eventually said they wouldn't accommodate us and kicked us out. Emm, I suggest Chinese people don't stay here; it seems discriminatory. We were very angry and wanted to cancel our booking, but they refused, even though they were the ones who refused to let us check in. In short: 1. Terrible, perfunctory, and impatient attitude; 2. Difficult communication; the security guard was very aggressive and strict (they made us stand in the freezing courtyard to communicate, refusing to let us into the hotel or at the front desk, and the aggressive security guard had to make phone calls; the staff didn't show their faces); 3. Suspected discrimination against Chinese people. Therefore, I do not recommend this place. A very bad experience."

"We stayed from June 25th to June 29th, 2026. We only liked the location and that's all!!! Over 4 nights, they cleaned the room once, and only when we asked! Over 4 nights, three of them, around 11:00 PM, they turned off all the water, so I ran and told them there was no water. They cleaned the room once at our request and that was it! Trip says the room has a terrace, please correct this deception; there is not a single room with a terrace! It says the receptionists speak Russian, but that's also a lie; they speak either English or Armenian! Overall, my impression of the receptionists is negative; they showed no interest in the comfort of the guests! Overall, negatives everywhere."

"This hotel has no handicap access at all. Everytime I entered or left the hotel, I required staff assistance . There are NO handrails at all. The hotel staff were friendly and always at your disposition. Rooms were often not cleaned until 5:00 PM. However Bathroom sink, shower and toilet were never cleaned in 10 days. They indicated that is only done upon room change, not provided for in the daily room service. The breakfast was average. Coffee machines often needed refilling. Coffee Luke warm. Some fruits were not ripe. No hot milk available. Pastries and cakes were obviously frozen and reheated. Restaurant often used frozen foods. Also often out of dishes indicated on the menu. Mediocre quality."

"Exceptional value for money with great staff I had a wonderful stay here. The standout feature is definitely the staff—the front desk team is incredibly friendly and welcoming. For the price point, the facilities are exceptional and hard to beat. There are a few minor points to note: the building doesn't have an elevator, and there was a slight smell in the bathroom in the mornings. Also, you can sometimes hear noise from neighboring rooms. However, these were minor issues and didn't significantly impact my stay. Overall, it’s an amazing budget-friendly option and I highly recommend it."

"Everything was great! We took a taxi from the airport, and it was a quick 20-minute ride. The hotel was renovated in February 2026, so our room was brand new and impeccably clean. It was incredibly well-lit, which was really convenient – I've never seen so much lighting in a hotel room before. Thank you so much! The bus station is right across the street, and it's not far from Republic Square. There's a call button at the reception desk for staff, which was quick and handy. We really enjoyed our stay.
