Hotel in City

Отель имеет хорошее расположение относительно центра города (примерно 10 минут пешком от проспекта Маштоца (большие супермаркеты Sas и City), и 15 минут до Площади Революции (Центр города), так же относительно недалеко в пешей доступности две станции Ереванского метро. Красивые живописные улочки рядом с отелем. Сбоку от отеля открывается в ясную погоду очень красивый вид на Арарат. Нас очень гостеприимно встретили, персонал очень приятный, отзывчивый, русскоязычный. Мы приехали раньше 14.00, но нас сразу заселили. Ремонт в номере стильный, приятный и привычный для нас (сложно было найти номер без ковров, диванов и прочего колорита). Но уже немного местами изношенный. Плохо открывался шкаф, двери почти в нерабочем состоянии, плохо работал кондиционер (надо просто почистить фильтры). Места для вещей немного, так как номера небольшие. Но все равно уютные. В номере есть фен, сейф и холодильник, телевизор и столик, что очень удобно. На мой взгляд, можно уделить немного больше внимания уборке, так как все было достаточно пыльным и в ванной были чужие волосы. Но по просьбе все убрали. Постельное белье меняли регулярно (нам даже чаще чем положено без проблем меняли наволочки, за что отдельная благодарность!). В целом недочёты были маленькие и несущественные. На двоих такого номера нам хватало. В следующий раз остановимся там же.

Бронировала отель через Booking. Бронь была с 7 по 9 августа. Я отправляла запрос, что заселение 8 августа в 5 утра. Мне его одобрили и написали, что « будут ждать». Прилетаю в Ереван с 4 летней дочкой, приезжаю в отель и … Администратор говорит, что свободных номеров нет. Мне отказали в заселении при подтвержденной брони. Из-за этой ситуации я и моя 4 летняя дочка остались «на улице». Мне пришлось бронировать срочно другой отель. Ужасный отель. Если Вы не хотите остаться на улице- НЕ БРОНИРУЙТЕ!

it is cozy hotel with good service and good location. unfortunately has no suitable lobby and nice entrance ,but the stuffs are polite and helpful. especially the nice lady who servers breakfast who is energetic and play nice music.

While the breakfast had a reasonable variety of options, it is important to note that the hotel did not offer a halal breakfast. This may be a concern for Muslim travelers seeking halal food options. It would be beneficial if the hotel could consider accommodating different dietary requirements and preferences, including halal options, to cater to a broader range of guests. In terms of service, the staff at In City Hotel were generally attentive and willing to assist with any inquiries or requests. However, there were instances where the response time could have been improved, as some requests took longer than expected to be addressed. Although there were areas for improvement, it is worth mentioning that In City Hotel provided good value for the price, considering its location in Yerevan and the overall comfort of the stay. In summary, In City Hotel in Yerevan, Armenia, offers a convenient location and comfortable accommodation. While there were some limitations, such as congested rooms and the absence of a halal breakfast option, the hotel provides a decent stay for travelers looking for a reasonably priced accommodation in a convenient location.
