Red Hotel Yerevan arvostelua

It is the last choice, but cheep.Ther is no service. Rooms are clean enough. Not far from the center.

We booked Red Hotel via Yandex.Travel two months in advance, with full prepayment for 3 nights. We arrived in Yerevan one day later than scheduled — Saturday morning instead of Friday — but the reservation was never canceled, and the hotel had received full payment. Upon arrival, we were met by a rude and uninterested man at reception who said: “Wait for the administrator until 10 AM.” When the administrator finally showed up (most likely the owner), he started with: “Do you speak English?” (despite the fact we had just spoken in Russian), and then coldly informed us: “Your room has been given away. We have no availability.” We asked a simple, obvious question: Why was our fully paid, non-cancelled room given away? He shrugged and offered no explanation, no apology, no assistance. We were left: – With no room – With no refund – With no help – After a night flight, exhausted, in a city we don’t know We spent six hours walking through Yerevan trying to find another hotel — everything was booked solid or outrageously overpriced. Some didn’t even answer the phone. We were finally helped by completely unrelated staff at another hotel, who gave us a private room intended for a friend. Red Hotel showed: – Zero customer service – Zero responsibility – Zero integrity Honestly, even a cheap hostel would have been more transparent and respectful. Never again. Avoid this place at all costs.

Worst experience ever It was few years ago... they were very rude.. ..... ..... ..... ..... .... I will never recommend that place.... The worst characters ever I met in my life.......... ..... ..... ..... Everything so expensive Not a price value......

The Red Hotel is a family run establishment providing good en-suite accommodation at a reasonable price. It is quietly situated 30 minutes from the centre of Yerevan. Staff were friendly & you could buy a beer to sit by the pool. Great value.

It's a bit isolated, but very comfortable. The pool is nice. A little cold. I was concerned about my room without windows or AC but they provide a fan and it was comfortable. The staff was very pleasant to me even though I arrived in a grumpy mood. They seem to care about the comfort of every guest. Even me in the cheap room. Haha. It's quiet too. Thanks.

Excellent place, very chilled with a pool so perfect for hot summer days in Yerevan! The place is family owned and everyone is super friendly! The family had dinner and gave us a plate of their food. Me and my wife felt very welcome and we will definitely come back when in Yerevan.
