долго проверяли комнату при выселении - интернет был ужасный!!!!! очень медленный

Не очень приятное место. Заселили в номер без окна. На ресепшн администраторы не проявляют никакого желания помочь, наоборот, недовольны тем, что прерываем звонок с мамой. Внутри не веет чистотой. Самый треш был когда засорился унитаз и все что сделали сотрудники за сутки - принесли вантуз после нескольких наших просьб. Это просто ужас. И по словам сотрудника, такое бывает. Не рекомендую к посещению. Из плюсов - расположение, не самый центр, но не далеко прогуляться

Отличный отель на тихой, спокойной и уютной улице большого города! Недалеко от метро, автобусной остановки и если любите ходить, то мимо парка влюбленных можно за 10 минут дойти до Каскада. В номере все для проживания имеется. Завтрак достойный - всегда вареные яйца, гречка/рис, сосиски, обжаренный бекон, несколько видов сыра и колбасы, салаты, фрукты. Растворимый кофе с молоком или сливками. Сухие завтраки.

Average hotel, It's fine if you are not picky This is a nice boutique hotel located not far from Yerevan city center—about a 20 to 30-minute walk to most points of interest. The staff was friendly and helpful. However, the breakfast could be improved.

One of the worst hotels I have ever been to !! Service zero !! Heaters not working !! Receptionist not polite at all !! The only staff available in the whole hotel were the receptionist and the bill boy who both of them doesn't speak English ! We were freezing in our room and they didn't care !! They said this is how it is ! I have never imagined that i will face this type of treatment in here ! NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL

Very bad attitude from the staff very unprofessional, the heater air conditioner was not working, and when we spoke with the receptionist she said that it's working but we are unable to feel it only, the room is not clean at all specially bathroom.

Very nice boutique hotel in the city center. Good location, nice to walk in the evenings in the city. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Good for friends and families. The staff is helpfull and professional. The prices are good, reasonable. Recommended.

Хорошее местоположение ! Всегда приятно пройти пешком ! Тихая улочка ! Приятные люди на ресепшене , приятный мужчина поможет с чемоданами . Внимательные и заботливые сотрудники! Завтра ну так себе ! Но поесть можно ) хочу отметить , но к отелю трудно что то минусовать , здесь отношение людей ! Слышимость 200 из 100. Есть наглые люди ! Которые с детьми в 23/00 ночи не знали культуру и приличия … поэтому заснуть и спать трудно … но на ресепшене стараются и помогают ! В общем твердая 4! Стоит своих денег !

We highly recommend this hotel; this is our first time traveling, and it is one of the most memorable experiences. My family and I would like to highlight one of the amazing, very friendly staff members, Mr. Arman (concierge). A truly gem in the hotel. He is super attentive, very friendly, helpful and informative. Whenever we need assistance, he is professional as he is prompt in attending to our inquiry and request. We will surely come back to Armenia and will choose to stay here again.
