酒店的位置比較偏僻，周圍沒有任何商業服務 。酒店現在的管理非常糟糕 ，拿到鑰匙後發現房間根本沒有清潔。 酒店的早餐非常簡單，食品品質也很差 。酒店已接待團隊遊客為主，早餐現場非常混亂 。房間完全不隔音，隔壁的談話聽得一清二楚 。

離城區有點遠，在一個山坡上，需要打車去共和廣場

Все отлично, но при заказе я не учел, что в Ереване горы. Поэтому пешие прогулки из гостиницы были невозможны. Вид из окна малопривлекателен. К счастью, в Ереване такси недорогое.

Если ищите, чтобы было атмосферно, тот самое оно! Для тех, кто не любит ходить, не вариант. Отель на горе. Хорошая физическая форма обеспечена!

服務態度很好

Awful service I stayed for 2 nights. The last night I ordered one coffee. When I checked out I was 75 cents short. Instead of the manager being understanding to my situation she was very rude. Saying, I hope we will further accommodate you here. I said after this interaction I will not return. All over 75 cents. I talked to her supervisor .. she listened to my complaint but you could tell she did not care about how upset I was. I had planned on spending more money in the future here but will never return.

If you care about the mattress read this The mattress was a memory foam and that was awesome , staff were friendly,

Extremely rude reception staff, they treat you as you are staying for free...no smile on face..its a very basic 3 star hotel in bad location & act as if they are 5 star...very bad attitude... extremely poor service..even cleaning staff is angry & sad..worst is the reception staff especially a thin lady who acted so weird & made faces..will never recommend anyone to come here even if giving free...they dont know how to respect their guests.

Отдыхали вдвоём в мае. Несмотря на недостатки, которые я для себя отметила, отдых для меня в этом отеле был вполне удобным и спокойным. Рядом два продуктовых маркета и остановка. Хотя такси и недорого обойдётся в центр, но на автобусе за 10-15 мин. вы можете ещё дешевле доехать до Каскада, например. Проблем нет, если вам что-то понадобится в номер. При заселении не было полотенца для ног, халатов, вешалок для брюк. Через 5 минут всё принесли. За 10 дней отдыха менялись единожды постельное белье и тапочки, халаты-нет. Уборке здесь большого значения не придают (как протереть пыль, пропылесосить, раковину протереть и т.п.). Восполняют запасы шампуня/геля, воды, полотенца меняют- на этом всё. Номер у нас был с двумя кроватями- односпалками. На одной кровати матрас был покатый, видимо от долгого сидения на кровати, а не на стульях. Пришлось подкладывать покрывало, чтобы выровнять себе спальное место. Скос матраса настолько очевиден был, что исправить это можно было и до нашего заселения. Матрасы, кстати, упругие, ближе к жёстким- нам как раз такие нравятся. Завтраки. Голодными не останетесь, но получите ли удовольствие от еды- другой вопрос. Кто-чем привык завтракать. Каши готовили только манную и овсяную. Никаких сырников, оладьев. Были блины- какой то полуфабрикат - пересушенные с пересоленной начинкой. Вечером мы делали доставку Яндекс Еда. Но один раз ужинали в баре при отеле, который работает до 19 ч. Очень хотелось поесть первого- солянка, борщ, но подача была в маленьких пиалочках из столовой, поэтому желанного бульона практически не было. Плюс, что в баре можно было разогреть свою еду в микроволновке. И в завершение, хочется упомянуть про кошку, которая принесла к нам на балкон четырех котят. Разумнее и человечнее было бы стерилизовать животное, которое уже не первый год проживает на территории. Атмосфера отеля и мнение о нём создаётся отношением не только к заселившимся гостям.

Comfortable beds, however no duvet but an old style cover instead. Clean. Low maintenance possibly a locap standard. Minifridge, tv, water kettle, safe and hardryer available in the room. Issue with air conditioning. Breakfast ok. Amenity kit available. No coffee/tea in the room. To access rooms you need to go down the stairs with your luggage befire you reach the lift. A secondary door exists but it is rarely open. A supermarket is very close and also offers currency exchange. About 35 minutes on foot far from Place of the Republic.

First of all, although the hotel has a sign of 4*, but you should assume you are going to a 3 stars hotel. The breakfast is very normal and the variation is so limited. The pool water is not that much clear and needs more cleaning. The rooms are old dated and need refurbishment. specially the bath. In fact, I had no interest to use the bath because of its poor cleanness. The area in which the hotel is located has nothing around (even a good restaurant). It's on top of a hill overlooking the city. So once you are in the hotel at evening, there is nothing to do. The lobby is so quite and no-one bypassing from 7pm afterwards. It makes the hotel like an abandoned house! The only advantage is the balcony of the bar at lobby which has super views of the city as well as Ararat Mountains. But how much you want to spend your time sitting in that balcony and looking on mountains!?!! One of the issues I faced was the noise which the hotel staff were making during the night time. They were talking and laughing with loud sound at midnights (after 12pm!) and this made me couldn't sleep well at night. I was on a business trip to Yerevan and was supposed to use the hotel only for resting at evening. But even for my case, it was a bad experience for me to stay at this hotel and I will never back here. Don't expect a great and relaxing stay in this hotel.
