Felinger Collection Hotel & Spa

We stayed here for several nights and found it to be a terrific hotel. It's the staff that really make the place - the super friendly and helpful doormen/porters and reception staff made us feel genuinely welcome. Our room was lovely, spacious and clean, with nice linen, great air con and an all-important fridge and kettle. It's about a 20 - 25 minute walk to the centre, but within a 10-minute walk there are plenty of good restaurants, a large supermarket and a metro station which goes directly to Republic Square and it's only 100 AMD for each trip. Breakfast was good, with a range of hot options, breads, preserves, and an excellent choice of fruit. Great coffee too. For some reason, throughout the hotel, the carpets are looking very stained and worn so goodness knows what has happened to them, as the hotel has only been open for a few months. If these were replaced, we'd be hard-pressed to find any faults. The restaurant is open at night and we had good food, but felt it had no ambience, so we only ate there once. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel.

Near hotel with AC issues and no staff While the hotel is clean....the Airconditioner does not work. Inspite of complaining to the staff there was no issue to resolve. The staff at night only has a night staff and no technician or manager. I would not stay here again

Проживаем сейчас в данном отеле. Объективно не понимаю, почему у него такие хорошие отзывы. Изначально поселили в номере Делюкс номер 504, поменяли без проблем, так как окна на проезжую часть и очень шумно. Поселили В номере 611 с окнами во двор. Проблемы номера: не работает кондиционер, не работает телевизор, не работает телефон. Заявки на ресепшене приняли, но исполнять их никто не торопится… техник приходит утром и вечером. Итог - вторые сутки ничего не меняется. Также в душе была снята панель для вытяжки и оставлена мастером на полу. Завтраки однообразные и холодные, в какое время Вы бы не пришли. Спа: вода в бассейне холодная , даже после посещения хамама и парной все равно мерзнешь…к уборке номеров претензий нет. В общем есть недочеты, которые мешают мне поставить хорошую оценку. Прошу обратить внимание на качество предоставляемых услуг и исправить эти недоразумения.

Clean Rooms: Cleanliness is non-negotiable for me, and this hotel didn’t disappoint. The rooms were spotless, and the housekeeping staff maintained them impeccably throughout my stay. Friendly People: The staff here are very friendly as well. In summary, if you’re looking for a hotel that combines great food, a central location, pristine rooms, and friendly service, look no further. This place checks all the boxes!

В начале были некоторые проблемы с карточкой для входа. Но в остальном замечательный отель с вкусной кухней и отличным SPA. Вода в бассейне немного прохладная(24/25), хотелось бы на пару градусов выше. Также очень приветственный персонал. А так всем советую посетить данный отель.

Хорошее обслуживание, чистые номера. Из окна видно «Мать Армения». Находится в центре и удобно пешком дойти до всех достопримечательностей. Персонал очень внимательный ❤️ отличный был ланч на девятом этаже от команды отеля. Вернемся снова
