Bayview Tower

This was not the first time I have stayed here, but it was the first time in room 801. What a wonderful apartment!! Perfect corner location with the most stunning views. Extremely comfortable, with everything I needed to cater to my needs. Full functioning kitchen without a dishwasher, however the view made up for that little inconvenience. Absolutely loved staying here and waking up to those spectacular views. Staff were wonderful and the place was spic and span.

This hotel has an excellent location - right across from the beach/main *****. The rooms are clean and have good amenities.

On arrival, the outside of the property and reception looked very grubby and tired. The receptionist was pleasant but I'm sure she didn't know what the room was like as she would be embarrassed to hand over the keys. Although the room had been adequately cleaned, the room was old, tired and the bathroom is in desperate need of a renovation. There were no bedside tables, no powerpoints near the bed, one powerpoint was partially detached from the wall. The only sitting space was the bed. The crockery and cutlery were a mish mash of different types. The outdoor setting didn't match. It was advertised as having Foxtel but there wasn't any, message on the TV screen was the account hadn't been paid. The advertisement and photos of the property do not give the true picture of what it is really like. Room 307, terrible. I would definitely not recommend this property. The only positive is the location.

Unfortunately, on our stay one of two lifts did not work and the working one could not get to ground floor. Pool area permanently closed, limited carpark, ants in the room but ... Rooms spacious, nice bathroom, comfy beds, airfryer, washing and dryer machines, toaster all included in the room. Hotel has a great potential. In general great value for money.

This Room 401 is a Disgrace no Air Conditioning in Bedroom just a Fan which was plugged in through a Electric Lead Cord running across the Floor sure there would be a big Safety Issue with that. We then decided to cook Breakfast on Sunday Morning which made the Power Trip out in Kitchen, so that tells me there is an Issue with Power there. Told person at front desk about this on the way out didnt seem too Concerned just said it probably tripped out and would look into it. Rerally not good enough there pictures of rooms on any Booking Website show Beautiful rooms but this one was all they had left so couldn't do much about it once we were in the room as there was nothing else Available. Parking is Disgusting hardly any Car Parks for such a big place they offered a free night if we go to Yeppoon again but I wouldn't go back there and would not recommend it to anyone certainly isn't value for Money either it felt Cheap and looked just as Cheap with Curtains hanging off in Places to make it look really Cheap. They are happy for you to pay before yopu even get there and we arrived late due to Plane delay if it had been Daylight hours we would have driven somewhere else after looking at the Room in Disgust

Great location, close to restaurants, cafes and a lovely waterfront walkway. Staff were very pleasant and extremely welcoming and knowledgeable about the area. Would highly recommend it as a lovely place to stay to relax and explore Yapoon with its many attractions

Stayed here for 5 days with a 60 plus travel group. From the moment we were picked up at Rockhampton, we were impressed by everyone. Simon, Annie and Steve were our hosts, and nothing was a trouble to them. The accommodation was clean modern and we had great views from our room (807). Could not fault them or the site. Great location, good lifts and amenities. Highly recommended.

We spent a week at Bayview Tower and found the staff extremely friendly and very helpful. Our accommodation was very comfortable, the location was ideal with walking access to a large variety of cafes and restaurants. A great place to stay!

Old tired hotel. Bedside tables used to support the tv, blinds broken, stove top crusty, very few car parks, all of room 104 was very old and dated, would have been beautiful in 1976. Only redeeming feature was the location. Would not recommend unless desperate
