Staff were friendly and would definitely stay again.

It was clean and comfortable, staff were welcoming and responsive. The WArehouse is in a very good location in Yeovil and is good value.

A very strange place off the beaten track, lots of people around the entrance to it smoking and once we were inside the room was reasonably comfortable but freezing cold the heating did come on but then went off till 8:00 in the morning, not a very pleasant experience

A good night stay, for a really good price I appreciated the welcome call I received from the staff, guiding me to find the hotel, which was nice and easy. I did have to wait outside a little, as the instructions on how to enter aren’t quite that easy to understand, but only a couple of minutes and I was greeted. I was shown to my room, which was fine for one night. I slept really well, the room was nice and warm and the bed was fine. There was a nice hot shower and decent bathroom. The only reason for not scoring 5 stars, was due to the bathroom cup not seeming too have been washed, as it had some toothpaste at the bottom. For a cheap one night stay, it was perfect. You might wish to let taxi companies know you’re there, as they seemed to argue with me that you existed! The driver was insistent I was going to a neighbouring hotel!!

Quiet and comfortable, with an exceptional value f Quiet and comfortable, with an exceptional value for money. Nice look and reasonable space. Hot drinks and snacks provided, plus fridge. Very close to town centre and easy to access / park. Only minor negative was a noisy hot water pipe, which only happened infrequently, otherwise an excellent time had by all.

I asked for a downstairs disable room but was confronted with a flight of stairs !! Could not find the entrance in a dimly lit car park. A man appeared who then showed us our room. No staff inside the venue. Had to struggle up the stairs. Made a cup of coffee which was so bitter it was obviously out of date !!! In the morning the heating did not come on until 8.30. Found the whole experience very weird. Would not reccommend It to anyone
