An amazing place! All the staff – from reception to restaurant and housekeeping – are incredibly kind and welcoming. It truly feels like home. I'm here on a business trip, and they even provided me with a quiet space to work comfortably. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Yazd.

Good and clean rooms in the new building. very good breakfast, air condition works perfectly. Clean bathroom. Scilent space, garden it has, also open space pool with great water quality and temperature. Different seminars and weddings spaces. Good parking slots.

Excellent Hotel! I'm very positive surprised. Recommended to all. Everiting ther is perfect. Actually all Iran is so beautiful and very friendly people... 😍🇮🇷❤️ Next year i will come again with my motorcycle, Iran is the best place for visit.

Im so glad to choose this hotel in Yazd We had a excellent experience there The room were very clean ,the staff is helpful in every way it was a good choice, very good food and varied breakfast We stay in the rooms in the main building Every thing was absolutely perfect Comfortable room

I think it is the best hotel to stay in Yazd In a place with good weather and unique facilities It has a variety of facilities like a swimming pool, a sports club, and a coffee shop with Iranian dishes with the best taste and a pleasant atmosphere

Deja que desear para su categoría, especialmente el desayuno y pulcritud de las habitaciones. Sin embrago el servicio y la recepción son buenos y esmerados en atender bien al huésped. Calculo que será de lo mejor que se puede encontrar en Yadz

About 20 minutes from city centre. Though everything was generally okay but lacked feelings of a four star hotel. WiFi was extremely poor and mostly on connection it will give Error 404. Pillows were like sand bags. Too heavy and not soft. Staff were not very friendly, not cordial and hospitable rather distant. Breakfast was good but service looked like a hostel’s serving.

As a leader of a tourists, I stayed I this 5 star hotel for 2 nights, I asked for and iron and after 30 minutes they called me abd said we only have 3 irons for all 195 rooms and they are in use. Maybe and maybe the next day we can find an iron. What a shame for a 5 star hotel that they don't offer the basic needs for a room. I don't know how they call themselves 5 star hotel and they get 5 star hotel price, without the basic services. بعنوان کسی که بواسطه شغلم در اغلب هتلهای ایران اقامت دارم، شدیدا از این هتل ناراضی هستم. بنده بعنوان سرپرست گروه توریستی به همراه گروهم در این هتل اقامت داشته ام که از پذیرش هتل درخواست یک اتو در اتاق را داشتم که بعد از نیم ساعت با من تماس گرفتند و گفتند در هتل اتو نداریم و فقط دو تا سه اتو در هتل با ۱۹۵ اتاق موجود بوده که آنهم در حال حاضر در اختیار اتاقهای دیگر میباشد. برای یک هتل که هزینه اقامت هتل ۵ ستاره را میگیرند، نداشتن ساده ترین امکانات اولیه اقامتی واقعا غیر قابل قبول میباشد.
Отель совершенно не соответствует 5 звездам! Темные номера с узкими окошками-бойницами. Старый ремонт и жуткая сантехника, дешёвая косметика, как 3* отелях. WiFi не работал совершенно. На ресепшене сказали, что это проблема с нашими телефонами - со всеми (нас было 13 человек!). При этом в других городах и отелях худо-бедно но работал у всех. Самое ужасное - это завтраки. Скудный ассортимент, всё быстро заканчивается. Если сам не подойдёшь и не покажешь пустые лотки с едой, никто не пошевелится. Кофемашина есть, но кофе порошковый, не зерновой. Гадость редкостная! Фруктов нет вообще - и это 5 звёзд! 🤦♀️ В лобби не разрешали находиться без платков на голове Это впервые за все наше путешествие по Ирану, когда внутри отеля обязывали соблюдать хиджаб.
