Telephone not working condition. Room service very late. Breakfast in room. Insufficient manpower. Room cleaning service not done.

bathroom interior was poor.room service was not working.hourly stay is not provide. In all experience was average.No 5G range available in room.

bathroom door lock was brocken, shower tap was not there, poor air ventilation, too much mosquitos, tea and breakfast was not good.

Not a single amenity, mentioned in your app, is available in hotel. Please send your representative to check those amenities and make necessary corrections to avoid misguiding your valuable travellers. I will suggest that such hotels should not be made available for booking on your trusted app.
