This 288 sq ft tiny house feels big as it has a functional kitchen with appliances ,full bathroom, queen bed, storage, Wi-Fi/TV, mini split, it’s quite, private and porch facing West for beautiful sunsets. Next to the house is a fire pit and windmill for summer cookouts and gazing at the stars. There are big gardens where you can come pick some fresh seasonal produce and get farm fresh eggs. We are centrally located to great hiking and biking trails, a lake, and historical places like downtown Prescott or Jerome the haunted mining town. We are 8 miles out of Prescott Valley and 20 miles from downtown Prescott. The space may be small but the living is large. This tiny home is immaculate, well stocked and is situated for the best possible sunset views from the back porch. What a great place to get away from it all! We had a great time and hope to return soon.

Amazingly Peaceful
The property was easy to find and exactly as described. The tiny house is adorable! We had a lovely and relaxing weekend. Sitting by the fire in the evening, watching the sunset or just enjoying the cooler mornings on the porch was the best way to recharge from our hectic lives. Tinas was very friendly and easy to communicate with. We will definitely be keeping this place in mind for future PV stays.

Great stay
We had a great time in the tiny house. It was very peaceful and just what we were looking for during our weekend away. The fresh eggs were a nice touch as well.

Tiny house
The super cute tiny house included everything needed for a relaxing visit. The decor is adorable and functional. The property felt clean and safe. The hosts are thoughtful and very responsive. Highly recommend!!

Great location and very efficient residence
This rental was ideal as a base camp for my off roading adventures. Quiet location and great amenities, new features. Awesome communication with the host. Fresh eggs and goodies were delicious. Very comfortable rental and beautiful sunsets. Will return for more adventures in the area.

Perfect hideaway in Prescott Valley
This is a wondeful little location to stay. The host is very friendly and accomodating as they greeted us on arrival and welcomed us. The house was well appointed and perfect for two people needing a place to stay on a large open lot away from the highway. The porch beautifully faces west to the setting sun and provides for some fantastic views as you lounge on the chairs. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and would return again.
