Sealight Resort Hotel

3. defa gelmek isteyen muşterinize hiç yardımcı olmadığınız için teşekkürler sealight!!! Onun dışında memnun kaldık. Aile ile gelinebilecek bir otel yani daha çok şey yazardım ama hayal kırıklığı yaşadım Çalışanlara emeği geçenlere teşekkürler.

I will be honest here, I've been to Turkey on Holiday 3 times and this was the second best of the three. Rooms were OK, food was OK, entertainment was OK but the Mother in law had money taken from their hotel room. A good place if you have a watch that counts the floors you climb!

Wir waren über RSD Mitte Oktober in diesem Hotel. Es war unsere Verlängerungswoche nach der Rundreise. Angepriesen wurde sie als 5 Sterne Luxushotel. Schon bei Ankunft ein großer Schock. Wir waren in der kleinen Anlage nebenan untergebracht mussten zu den Mahlzeiten relativ weit laufen. Viele aus der Reisegruppe waren jenseits der 75. Die Zimmer zwar sehr geräumig, allerdings sehr alt und abgewohnt. Es roch stark nach Schimmel. Die Bäder total vergammelt und muffig. Da nützt auch die tägliche Reinigung und der Handtuchwechsel nichts. Da bei uns im Bad das Wasser stand, durften wir an Tag 2 das Zimmer wechseln. Hatten zwar direkten Meerblick, aber das Bad auch hier vergammelt Wir habenunsZimmerim Haupthaus angesehen, da war alles top. Das Essen war ebenfalls gut. Die Bedienung war lausig. Die spielten lieber am Handy. Der Strand nicht empfehlenswert. Man kann dort nicht laufen, nur eine kleine, enge Bucht. Privat würde ich dieses Hotel nicht buchen

Just heading home from a family holiday at the Sealight Resort in Kusadasi with our 12 year old son and 10 year old daughter. Overall our first experience of Turkey was positive and hotel was good however there is room for improvement in the hotel whilst it is acknowledged this is the end of the season. POSITIVES Rooms and public areas very clean. Animations team very friendly and enthusiastic - activities were a bit limited (especially for kids 9-15 who were too old for kids club) however twice daily darts competitions were a big hit and fun for all ages. The African show and bingo night was excellent family entertainment. Dilay, Hassan, and Suleyman in the animation team were all excellent. Staff were very friendly throughout the resort, spoke good English, and helpful. Turgut in particular was very attentive and friendly in the Asian restaurant and snack bar. Snack bar food was good and arguably better than main restaurant. Kids really enjoyed the water park area which had a good variety of quality slides. Asian restaurant food was excellent. Kids loved ice cream and waffle parlour. Transfer time to airport just over an hour. Quiet location however only 6 euro taxi ride into Kusadasi. WHAT COULD BE BETTER? Kids Club - suitable for very young children. For kids say 8 and upwards limited activities in the resort apart from pool/water park/darts/games courts- the games room not great. Buffet area was very busy most nights despite being end of season. Sometimes it was a challenge to find a table and more of a challenge to get drinks with your meal…appeared to be understaffed. Food was good but not great-no theme nights and not all foods/sides labelled which is not ideal if anyone has food allergies. Options for kids was limited compared to other AI hotels we have stayed at. A la Carte restaurants- one of the attractions of staying at this hotel was 6 restaurants. However we did not realise until we arrived that if staying for a week you are only entitled to use the A la Carte restaurant offering one evening in five. Also only one time available - 7pm- for all the restaurants. Appreciate that the hotel is nearing end of the season which possibly explains limited availability. Wifi in our rooms more or less non-existent which did mean devices used more in reception/lobby/pool area. Swimming pools (indoor/outdoor) were not heated and water was very cold. Dogs and cats- as a family we are animal lovers and no issue with cats and several dogs throughout the complex. It could be a bit uncomfortable for some when eating to have cats and dogs sitting beside table looking for food.The dogs all had collars and staff advised they were hotel dogs- it was sad that despite the heat that there did not appear to be water left out for the cats and dogs to drink from. We would sometimes see them drinking chlorinated water from pool which cannot be good for them. Overall the weather was excellent and we enjoyed our holiday at the Sealight resort and the Kus

Sealight otele daha öncede gelmiştik otelden çok memnun kaldık yemekleri çok güzeldi mutfak ve odaların temizliği iyiydi. Animasyon ekibi ve oyunlar ile çok eğlendik. Kış dönemi için oldukça fazla aktiviteler vardı. Gerçek anlamda her şey dahil paketi sonuna kadar keyifle kullandık. Yine keyifle gelmek isteriz

Yemek alanları ve servis edilen yemeklerin hijyeni hatta içeriğinin denetlenmesi şart kıl tüy çıkıyor yemekten açık büfe diye bu kadar salınmaz. Otelde klima çalışmıyor ağır bir koku var lobi alanında yerli misafirler turistlerin kirliliğini çekmek zorunda kalıyor. Ortak alanlar kirli, şezlonglar eski çalışanlar hayalet gibi ne yaşanıyor bilmiyorum. Odalardaki klima yetersiz havlular eski oda temizliği iyi neyse ki. Sıvı sabunluk boştu örneğin. Denize inmek için oldukça güvensiz bir golf arabası kullanılıyor. Dimdik bir yamaçtan inip çıkılması gerekiyor.
