Liberty Kuşadası - All Inclusive

My husband and I visited Liberty Kusadasi in September with our 2 children, aged 5 and 2. We had a truly wonderful time. From arrival until departure the staff were extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful. The room was to a high standard, which was clean with comfy beds and also the mini bar in the room was stocked daily. The views from our room and balcony were incredible. The buffet food was good with lots of choice, it did sometimes take a little while to get a drink order in, but the hotel was busy. The a la cartes were absolutely fantastic, we ate at the Greek, Italian and Mexican restaurants during our weeks stay. The food was to a high standard and the whole experience couldn't be faulted. We found it very easy booking the a la carts using the app and always found availablily to suit our needs. The Tokyo bar was our favourite, the cocktails here were the best we've had from an all inclusive resort, we enjoyed working our way through the cocktail menu and we were not disappointed. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff in Tokyo too, my children loved watching them making the cocktails- I think it was their holiday highlight. The pools were fab, although a little cold, we did get used to them. There was so much for the children to keep them occupied. Whilst we stayed the hotel did their own Oktober fest which was a truly memorable experience. The hotel went into so much effort for this and there was such a buzz around the place. They had themed food, drinks and entertainment. The beach was a little disappointing, as only a little bit of sand and not many loungers but we are lucky enough to live by a seaside so the beach is never a deal breaker for us. The 24 hour patisserie was nice, and they made fresh coffees here too, which was well received. Sadly no decaf anywhere on the resort though! My son has a milk allergy which we did struggle with at times as there was no dairy free options of ice cream, nothing in the patisserie was suitable for dairy free diets either. The staff were helpful in getting him a sorbet at the evening meal, although it was quite effortful so didn't always bother. Would have been nice to have some ice lollies or suitable dairy free alternatives for him as we had to walk to a local shop for something suitable each time my daughter got an ice cream. Overall a wonderful stay. We would definitely visit again and recommend the hotel.

The Liberty Kusadasi is a great hotel to stay at and all the staff were very helpful and friendly. We were somewhat concerned before we went with the mixed reviews on this hotel but turned out nothing to worry about. I was aware of the building work next door to the property and emailed the hotel prior to arrival requesting a room on the other side of the hotel which they kindly accepted. However I don’t think the building work caused too much noise when we were by the pool each day. We used the adult only pool each day which had its own bar area and always managed to get a lounger. Even by the big pool there were loungers available. The food was as would expect in any all inclusive hotel and even my fussy wife always managed to find suitable food to eat. The patisserie was good to get food from in addition to the main buffet restaurant. I only went once but the private beach was a nice area. There was entertainment put on each night but we didn’t tend to go to that. The rooms were very big and we did select the deluxe room with two beds and a sofa. The rooms were cleaned each day and the mini bar in the room was stocked up. We found that you could get a bus from near the hotel to kusadasi centre which was about 20 Turkish lira. You could book at the a la carte restaurants which we did twice and the Italian is great. Just be careful of there opening days as not open every day. The WiFi is free in the hotel and once connected it was good quality throughout the hotel including by the pool and the beach. If I was to give any negative comments and I don’t think these are anything serious it would be later in our holidays there were a lot more insects flying around in the restaurant area. There were lots of bars but I think for the speed of processing it would be better to have separate areas for cocktail making over normal draught drinks or spirits. At the pool bar area you had to order your food and I think this might have been more convenient to just have self service. However overall I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone and would potentially visit again in the future. I am not one to keep going to the same place every year. However because we were happy with Liberty we have booked our holiday in the summer at another Liberty hotel in Olu Deniz which we are really looking forward too

Jedna gwiazdka za koty. Były wszędzie. Leżały na stołach łaziły na stołówce a najgorsze było to że załatwiały się na plaży. Nikt tego nie kontroluje. Poza tym za całą resztę ocena 10. Przemiły pomocny personel. Piękny hotel. Pyszne jedzenie. Biura oferujące ten hotel- zdjęcie jest nieaktualne. Obok hotelu był w trakcie budowy drugi hotel praktycznie część gości miało widok na sąsiednią budowę.

Super freundlich

Many of the negative observations in these reviews seem to have been resolved if they existed. We had a good holiday here! We stayed in one of the larger sea facing rooms which was spacious. Although some renovation is called for, no complaints from us. We did hear anecdotally that a full renovation would be underway at the end of the season. The food at the buffet was plentiful in variety and quality. Al a carte - the Mexican and Italian were our favourites. We found the app for booking a bit annoying. It was fine the first few days, then we found our booking requests started getting rejected. We spoke to one of the guest service girls and she booked us for the rest of our stay. There were quite a few Turkish people staying who seemed to have a sense of entitlement as far as queuing went, some of the staff didn’t tolerate it and sent them to the back of the queue. If reviews are putting you off booking; ignore them.

Schreckliches Hotel - Unfreundliches Personal Das Hotel war leider sehr enttäuschend und hat nichts mit der bekannten Liberty- Kette zu tun. Soweit ich weiß wurde das Hotel letztes Jahr von Liberty übernommen und man hat nichts in den Hotel investiert. Der Strand ist eine Zumutung. Es ist sehr flach und auch nach 50m ist das Wasser hoch bis zur Brust und zu dem voll von Seegrass. Das Essen im Hotel ist unterstes Niveau, die alkoholischen Getränke sind billiger Fusel. Im Großen und Ganzen hat uns das Hotel nicht gefallen, da dass Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis katastrophal war. Man hat für sein Geld nichts bekommen. Wir werden definitiv nicht mehr zurückkommen.
