Good value and location. The room is clean. I recommend staying here. The Wi-Fi is fast. There is a TV, a refrigerator, and many electrical appliances.
Already trying to make a reservation was a real challenge. I wrote if available, instead of giving me an offer I got more and more questions — which floor do I want to live at? No idea I don’t know the hotel and also don’t know the rates I just wanted to get an offer, I asked how many floors they have, 3 , ok than I want to have 3rd floor — sir but we do not have an elevator… ok I don’t care about that. Ok which floor you want ,,, it took a long conversation until I got the rates. Arriving , check in was quick but they ask for 100 baht deposit for the key card … first time I was asked for something like this… why? Do you have a special keycard which is very expensive? You could just say ( as other hotels do) if you lose the key we will charge 100 baht. Than — as the hotel blankets are much to hit for me, I asked for an extra sheet , as I always ask , they can bring but will charge me extra 80 baht deposit for— not much but why??? No other hotel ever did it. Rooms are ok . Basic but ok . Cleaning : I was out of the room morning 08:00 am coming back 14:00 still where cleaning on the floor but room was not cleaned yet. 15:00 cleaning team disappeared, room was not cleaned . I asked for cleaning then it was done . No soap at the washing table only liquid in the shower Reception was not unfriendly but also not really friendly I have never seen 3 employees sitting in an hotel reception and no one is greeting you… Rooms are - let’s say- OK , somehow stinky but not much With a bit of warm could be a nice place Maybe management should be more involved in teaching staff what a hotel is about It’s all about Hospitality…this I was missing here I was not a GUEST I was a client Not a good feeling But - if you have to stay here . Behind the hotel about 100 meter to walk , a great coffee place MissAree . Just go there . Friendly and good -
