Nice hotel

Food was good, staff were excellent, resort was really nice and the a la carte restaurant food was first class. There were four classes a day at the gym from pilates to boxercise. The personal trainer tailored his classes for all levels of ability and was very professional and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend.

Second time at Oceana, we loved it as much as the first. The hotel is always clean, the rooms are spacious and comfortable and the grounds are immaculate. We prefer to visit out of season for the quiet but obviously don't get to experience everything on offer as it's pre-season. Only minor issue we had was a large conference event shortly after arrival. This is quite off-putting for guests as the conference attendees take over the restaurant and consume everything. Another guest has addressed this, so I'm not going to go over old ground. There is also a guy in the hotel, I won't name him as he is there legitimately, but he hangs about the toilets, trying to organise trips into Hammamet, amongst other things. Strikes me a snake oil salesman, but if I want something, I'll ask. I don't want to feel like I need to find alternative toilets to avoid him. Every single member of the Oceana team go above and beyond, and they will always find a way to assist, even if you don't understand each other. They will find a way. Special nod to Bashir in the restaurant, the morning chef (sorry, I didn't get your name), Ramy at poolside, and Fatima in housekeeping. So many more who's names I didn't catch. Can't wait to go back again.

A lovely hotel!. We had a junior suite with a stunning view. Amazingly comfortable beds All the staff bar none were attentive and super friendly. Food excellent and varied. Indoor pool heated. Immaculate grounds. Super soft sandy beach. Good, not overpowering evening entertainment. The gym instructor, Daly was exceptional. Super qualified. He made sure there were sessions to suit all from meditation to pilates as well as gym and pool . April is very much pre season, so not too many guests..I love that!

Been back a week now, I have to say this was the most relaxing break I've had. The hotel occupancy was low, never more than 30 guests, which worried me at first as I thought I might get bored, but I soon got used to the tranquility and quiet. Staff were fantastic, especially Sameh on reception, who upgraded me to a sea view room at check in. There are no animation/entertainment team at the hotel, which was a first for me, had a couple of treatments at the spa which were inexpensive, good choice of food everyday and chilled evening entertainment. Glad I paid that little bit extra for the all inclusive as I was drinking Jonnie Walker red label whisky every night, also included was Gordon's gin and other premium spirits. Had a relaxing week and would highly reccomend Oceana, I will be returning.
