Nice hotel

The staff here were all friendly, although I wasn't actually a guest. I can't comment on the facilities, but the pool was nice and inviting. The reception staff helped me with a last minute transfer to the airport when I needed it. I very much appreciated their help which was going beyond their job!

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans ce palace! Le personnel est aux petits soins. Les buffets étaient vraiment très bons avec des plats de qualité et équilibrés. Notre suite était magnifique et le service de ménage au top. Le personnel est très arrangeant, ils nous ont permis de libérer notre suite un peu plus tard le temps d’être prêt pour aller à l’aéroport. Un grand merci à Monsieur Salah pour son professionnalisme. C’est sûr que nous reviendrons dans cet hôtel! Marilyn et Jacques HURAULT.

Truly a minimum 5 star hotel with modern clean facilities, really helpful multilingual helpful staff who can organise your tours and excursions with no fuss, excellent food, lovely bar selling a full range of alcoholic drinks even during March. 1 heated internal pool, and two outside as well as private, secure beach with plenty of loungers and towels to hand as well as beach bar and lounger service. Lovely suites c/w large comfy beds, room service, balcony and mini bar. Room service available offering a la carte meals, fully serviced every day and air conditioned also. Excellent base for visiting Tunis approx an hour ago and a couple of mile along the back from the harbour and commercial area. My only suggestion would be that an ATM in the lobby would be useful. Looking forward to returning here in the future.

Travelled once again to the Oceana Hotel and Spa in beautiful Hammamet. Staff as always go beyond and above to ensure our stay is perfect. The hotel is set in a beautiful location which we find to be very tranquil. The rooms overlooking the sea and overlooking Hammamet are spectacular which I would highly recommend booking.Rooms are very clean and very generous in size.The food is superb and staff within restaurants can not do enough for you.Also would highly recommend using Spa facilities So overall we can not fault this beautiful hotel and all of the amazing Staff who from moment of arrival to depature give a service which is outstanding. Thanks to you all for another amazing stay and look forward to our next stay later in the year
