Step into our enchanting eco-modern retreat—a sustainable haven where contemporary comfort and natural beauty converge to create the ultimate escape. Designed for flexible living, this home stays refreshingly cool in summer and warmly inviting in winter. Unwind on hammocks beneath charming pergolas, work at a bright desk in a well-appointed room, and reinvigorate in your private gym. Savor alfresco dining on lush, expansive lawns, or dreamily stargaze for an unforgettable getaway.
Need more space?: The property is shared with our separate eco studio (also available for rent), both dwellings have their own private gardens and entrances and are functionally separated (you won't see or hear each other), with about 30 metres between the two.

· Wellness & Fitness: Keep up with your fitness routine in your private, separate gym, complete with all the essentials for a great workout.
· EV Charging, solar power and tank water: a 5kw solar system helps to keep this house an average net exporter of energy over the year. On site stainless steel tank supplies clean drinking water to the whole house, with mains supplying the garden.
· Eco-Friendly Design: Embrace sustainable living with eco-conscious construction and design, recycled materials, and a way of living that invites the outside to be part of your day.
· Outdoor Entertaining: Step outside to a sprawling, landscaped garden featuring multiple pergolas, a large grass lawn, and fruit trees. The outdoor cooking area comes complete with a pizza oven, Weber BBQ, and wok burner—ideal for alfresco dining and entertaining.
· Family Fun: Watch the kids play on the giant trampoline, explore the dedicated kids' cubby, or simply relax amidst nature’s charm.
· Additional Comforts: Enjoy an fireplace, luxurious bathrooms with premium amenities, and fast satellite internet to keep you connected. With ample parking for up to 5 cars, convenience is at your fingertips.
You'll have ~1/2 an acre to yourselves. The property is shared with a separate studio ~30m behind the house, with both being separated and private from each other. There are caretakers staying to the front of the property, also separated and private. Other than that the space is yours to enjoy. A map will be provided in our guestbook highlighting this.
HOUSE RULES
Please, no glitter, confetti, tape blue tack or adhesive on surfaces.
Groups larger than 6 must message us within 24 hours of booking with a brief description of their group.
Any obvious breakages, stains, or damage that are not reported before checkout will incur a $100 fee in addition to the cost of repairs or replacement.
Unapproved extra guests will be charged at $250/night per extra guest.
Any guests above the allowable limit (10) will result in instant loss of booking and a $500 fee.
We take our neighbourhood character seriously. Noise complaints after quiet hours of 9pm (typically only due to outdoor partying) will result a reminder sent to your phone and app. If after that there is a second complaint, you will incur a $250 fee. A third complaint will result in escalation to Airbnb and immediate eviction from the property.
Un-approved late checkouts (after 10am) may incur a $100 fee due to our cleaners schedules and needing to prepare the place for the next guests.About pets:Pets allowed: dogs less than 55 lbs per pet (limit one pet total).Dogs only, others by request.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About events:No events allowed.
