No room service for a five star hotel? Location poor for business travellers but good for families...

Decent hotel...but mainly for families. Good selection for breakfast

We had a relaxing stay at the Knights Ocean Hotel in Penglai. The location of the hotel is ideal for beach access as well as Europark. The staff are so friendly and they even upgraded our room at no extra charge. The person at the front desk, Linda, spoke English so well and she was able to answer all our questions with such patience and clarity. The facilities at the hotel include amazing breakfast, a child-friendly environment with entertainment for children, a pool, gym, and a hot springs spa. We left rejuvenated and relaxed. All the major tourist attractions are not far and taxis are easily accessible. The hotel also has someone at the reception area who will help you book tours. You can even hire public motorized bikes using WeChat, literally outside the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel if you are visiting Penglai.

the place is not bad but because of the location and near, you can rent a motorcycle from hotel just 40 yuan. I think they should focus more on the cleaning but other things are fine.

We were wonderfully surprised by this magnificent hotel. Room is spacious and clean. We stayed two nights and tried out the swimming pool, the amusement park across the street. And my folks also tried the spring spa. You are required to wear swimming suits to go in the natural spring bath. The breakfast has a lot of choices. We highly recommend and would come back.

Nice hotel with possibility to eat western dishes at Paladin bar located inside the hotel. Breakfast service starts at 07:30am which is too late for person on business trips.

住的海洋酒店，連廊很長連到騎士酒店也挺漂亮，就是這兩天天氣不太好，所以遊玩打折扣，衹玩了酒店自帶的瓦特樂園，小了點但是也算是下雨天不錯的選擇，酒店的衞生設施都還可以，早飯也不算擁擠，就是服務基本沒太多服務，尤其是不住在騎士酒店，服務人員略少。

這次出遊想避開高峯客流，就選擇了以舒適為主的親子自駕遊，於是，選了周邊遊。最後定了歐樂堡對面的騎士酒店，本來我個人對於樹洞房挺感興趣的，可惜我們選的時候，樹洞房衹剩下沒有窗户的，後來讓小朋友自己查看了一下各種房間的風格，最終我們選擇了高端騎士房，從陽台出來，對面就可以看見歐樂堡，走路直線距離不過5分鐘，酒店停車場免費，內有温泉和瓦特親子樂園，不知道是不是因為十一黃金週的原因，兩大一小，本來酒店是讓温泉和瓦特二選一的，因為我們是選擇入住兩天，所以跟酒店爭取一下，就是一天晚上可以選瓦特親子樂園，第二天晚上可以選温泉，不過酒店衹提供温泉和瓦特的了2張門票，另外一位大人就需要買票入場，其實本身黃金週房價已經是平時的倍數了，又是酒店自己內部的遊樂設施，正常提供兩大一小的票感覺更合理一點。整體來説，小朋友們對於這種親子酒店是毫無抵抗力的。短途旅行還是比較舒適開心的。
