比較適合一住的酒店，如果你經常住五星級酒店，那這個酒店肯定沒什麼服務，如果你平時很少住民宿，那這個民宿還是有一定趣味性的

這個酒店很漂亮，環境很好，頂樓風景特別美 下午2點有自助咖啡和酸梅汁 小點心 水果 有專門的洗衣房 可以洗衣服和烘乾 還能租電動車 51期間是40元一天 距離西街走路過去幾分鐘 非常方便 而且不吵鬧 走的時候送了特產 入住體驗很好

整體都挺滿意的，但是！我定的觀景陽台房，晚上真的很吵，我不知道平時是什麼樣子，我住的那天晚上有個收垃圾的車，半夜三點我實在受不了，戴耳機聽歌才睡着

Familie 2 Erwachsene 2 Kinder 1Mai bis 4Mai ( China Holidays). Sehr schöne Lage mit Blick auf den Bergen. Wir hatten zwei Zimmer das Obere Zimmer mit dem Blick auf die Berge, Beamer mit Leinwand, Betten waren Groß und bequem war Perfect. Die innenstadt mit vielen Restaurants und Shoping möglichkeiten war sehr schön und ist in 5 min zu Fuß vom Hotel zu erreichen. Die Rezeption war immer freundlich sie haben uns sehr viel geholfen die Ausflüge zu Planen und nach dem Frühstück gefragt ob das Zimmer gereinigt werden soll perfecte Kommunikation 24h über weechat. Als Pool würde ich das nicht bezeichnen ist eher für klein Kinder 30cm Wasser. Massage Stühle war praktisch nach den langen Wanderungen. Wir hatten Jeden Tag frische Handtücher und Hausschuhe. Frühstück für Chinesische Verhältnisse ok. Abends ist in der Stadt Verkehrkaos man sollte kein Auto oder mit Taxi fahren. Didi funktioniert in dieser Stadt nicht Taxi bestellen geht über Gaude besser. Mann muss dazu sagen Yangshuo ist nicht Gross. Mann sollte nicht so grosse Ansprüche stellen. Wir waren begeistert von der Stadt. Würden wieder kommen. Danke an die Damen an der Rezeption.

The hotel advertises as having an all-year-round open pool and it's not true. During our stay at the end of April with maximum temperatures above 30°C there was no pool to cool off, and the staff told us it was because it was still too early in the year. This was very disappointing as having a pool was the main reason for our choice of hotel, so I'd say this hotel didn't meet our expectations and they should state this clearly on Trip to avoid future confusion of guests. Other things to improve are the storage space in the rooms (there's barely any room to place suitcases etc) and the soundproofing (we were woken up several days by loud guests at 7am or earlier). On the positive side, the beds were comfortable (average hardness of mattress for westerners standards) and the shower was the best we've had in our whole trip through China: very modern, with good water pressure and no fluctuating temperature. The room thermostat worked really well and the hotel has some nice amenities for guests to use such as tea, massage chairs (a bit worn out but still working) and a vintage game console. The staff helped us with luggage, gave us information and even a small present at the end of our stay, which was a nice touch. The location of the hotel is in a quieter part of town, ideal for sleeping but still close enough to streets with lots of restaurants, cafes etc (try Heytea in west street if you can!). Overall it's been good value for money, although the hotel could do some clean up/refurbishment work and the pool availability should be advertised accurately.

整體來説還可以，地理位置方便，較好的服務態度，一家四口同時入住，蠻方便，總體看可以再次入住，希望設施設備跟自助茶室更加完善

服務很好，非常很乾凈，老闆也很熱情，還幫我們提行李上樓，性價比可以，推薦

地理位置很好，出行方便，而且晚上不炒，不過前面這棟沒有電梯，上下樓搬東西有點累，衞生條件也不錯
