Great hostel, spacious and clean enough, with big windows, common areas. Fireplace is great, creates a friendly atmosphere. They accept foreign passports.

Majoituspaikan vastaus: 客人您好！我是東院彌香客棧店長。看到您給出的第二條差評，我們滿心都是愧疚。在收到您的第一條差評時，您已經離店，我們第一時間通過回覆差評的方式向您詳細解釋了誤會緣由。經調查，是當班前台對未成年人入住政策理解有誤，我們立即對其進行了嚴肅批評教育和系統培訓。您這次在咱們客棧連住六天，要是服務真如您所説“非常垃圾，基本沒服務” ，您肯定早就離開了。但最終還是沒能讓您滿意，這是我們嚴重的失職。目前，我們已全面重新審視服務流程，深入開展政策理解培訓，着重強化員工溝通和應急處理能力，後續也會嚴格監督服務質量，定期考核員工表現。接下來，我們會以更嚴格的標準要求自己，用實際行動讓您看到我們的改變。

來陽朔住東院彌香客棧，真的太值了！位置好，周邊景點多，去哪兒都方便。房間乾淨整潔，住着舒服。工作人員超熱情，還幫忙規劃路線，下次來還住這兒！

青年旅館有很特色，也很環保環境比較清靜，空氣好，躺着欣賞山，樹，鴨等房間大，也乾淨，公共廁所有6間，不會排隊。前台哥哥態度很好，可接受第一個長者入住，安排給我們住下鋪。門口有租電動車，租單車，方便！會推薦朋友會來住。

Enjoyed my stay here. Service was really good and the room was comfortable. Would have preferred to be more located near the West Str., this stay was a bit far out of the city, but bicycles were available to rent.
