SYYF Hotel(Yangshuo Shiyuyuanfang)

We enjoyed the stay very much! Very nice and peaceful hotel with river right in front, park opposite, bonfires etc. Will definitely come back again!

Lovely stay with beautiful views and staff that goes above and beyond. The added perks such as the complimentary photography as well as fishing supplies made the trip extra memorable for all of us.

Service was really good, they made a wechat group and answered all my questions patiently and were really helpful. No English though. One point less for the location, because it was not clear for me that taxis can't reach the hotel, but I have to walk 5 minutes. Not so bad either. But there is a shuttle always available to drive you this small distance. The view from the top of the hotel is amazing. From the room not so much, probably depends on which room. Not so spectacular like on the photos ☺️ but hey, the nature there is amazing, just please take good care of it!

This hotel is like a love and hate situation. Let's start with the PROS: - hotel staffs was 10 out of 10 with their service and welcoming. - roof top terrace with a scenic view of the surroundings - hotel offers free campfire with roasted sweet potatoes - free shuttle service to location for restaurants and DiDi rides - Room was large and spacious - Shower had good pressure CONS: - Location. It's not very clearly labeled on the map. But the hotel is actually nested in an old village, where cars (DiDi) can't even get to. You are actually dropped off at their other hotel location, and staffs will come pick you up with their shuttle kart. It's not easy to walk as you might get lost in the villages' road. - when I searched for a hotel, I've listed opened/renovated within 2 years as my prerequisite. But somehow this showed up. And I can definitely say this hotel has some age in there. - cleanliness can be improved as I've found drink stains on my table from previous occupants. Overall. 7/10.

The environment is great, very beautiful both when it's clear and when it's raining. The staff are very polite, and you can also enjoy a spa at the hotel. Breakfast is at another location, but they provide a sightseeing shuttle to take you there. The food tastes good, and I really liked it—I ate a lot.

The stay was good. We wanted a quiet place with scenary, so the location is a bit away from the main road. Room was big for 5 of us which gave us space on our own too - with outdoor tub, swing and sofa seat in the balcony. Going in and out of hotel will require buggy to carpark at the other sister hotel or closer to main road, but service staff are great and very responsive, so wait is typically short. Its meant to be laid back and slower pace so alls good!

The room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel provides a self-service laundry machine, which was very convenient. However, the sink next to the laundry area was out of order during our stay, which was a minor inconvenience. If you need to get a ride, the hotel will arrange a shuttle car to drop you at the *SYYF Gallery Yard Hotel*, where it’s easier to get a taxi. The hotel's photoshoot service also takes place at SYYF Gallery Yard, which is good to know in advance. Breakfast was great — the dry-style Guilin rice noodles were especially delicious and suited my taste perfectly.

Recently stayed at SYFF in Yangshuo and truly had such a wonderful experience! The hotel is beautiful, peaceful, and surrounded by stunning views. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. A special shout-out to the lovely lady who assisted us with our room and everything we needed (unfortunately we didn’t get her name!) — her hospitality made our stay even better. Since the hotel is located inside the village, they provide shuttle service to and from the main area, which was super convenient. We also joined the photography session and absolutely loved the experience — the photos turned out amazing, and it's definitely one of the highlights of our trip. Calm surroundings, warm service, beautiful scenery — a memorable stay! 🌿✨
