"This is a terrible hotel. This is the first time I've encountered such a stingy All Seasons. I'm a Huazhu Club Platinum member and stay at Huazhu for over 100 days a year. My company stipulates that business trips can only be booked through Ctrip, so I booked this hotel. They refused to upgrade my room type even though I requested it. They also said they wouldn't upgrade it with a third party. I've been upgraded before, so why is this the rule with you? There was no fruit, which is a Platinum benefit, right?
