Outdated Hotel it's quite old, from the furniture to the bathroom fixtures in the rooms. Considering what was paid, it seems a bit overpriced for what it offers.

Great experience! The hotel is very nice and the staff is excellent. The breakfast and dinner buffets are delicious. The cleaning staff is always kind and friendly and they go above and beyond to tidy the rooms. Samah (one of the managers) always made sure that my colleagues and I were satisfied with our accommodations. The WiFi is good and easy to connect to. The laundry service is easy and comes back very quickly. I will definitely stay here again, when business brings me to Yanbu.

I had the pleasure of staying at the Holiday Inn in Yanbu in Saudi Arabia, during a business related trip, I have to say that all the hotel staff were brilliant, pleasant nothing was a problem 10/10

Foodwas amazig experiment . The team was very proficiently . Special Tamer in the restaurant . The hospitality was very warm . Very clean . Very friendly. Need to have a coffe machine in every room

The meal is tasty and healthy. The restaurant team is very helpful. Specially I had a communication with Lok Bahadur and he is very energetic and helpful. The room cleanliness is very good. The presentation of the room is also nice.

Last stay from 15-17 August …. Really i was surprised with special welcoming from mr abdelrahman elsayed and he always have a special welcoming and excellent way of communication…. He always make me feeling thai i’m in my home … thanks for your professionalism mr abdelrahman

Nice, clean, friendly personnel, good food, good and strong air conditioning, big and airy, good services, quiet location, good stuff all around, good and clean gym, swimming pool. Tried other two hotels before but this is the best

The best thing about the hotel is the people who work here. Everyone is extremely friendly. They have been super helpful. They have great breakfast buffett. Mr. Siddique in particular needs special mention. He went the extra mile to make sure everything was just right at breakfast time. Thanks Holiday Inn!
