Hotel Omodaka arvostelua

It was brilliant! It is the same with pictures on this site. They gave me yukata and towel and changed it every day. I had a tea and enjoyed it on my balcony. I tried a futon at first time in my life. I had my own reserved table for breakfast. ❗❗❗The hotel has its own bus with driver, which took me to the Snow Monkey Park and to the station for free! Actually staff was so polite! It is seems like you are someone important. Actually the only one minus that you can't go to all 9 Shibu Onsen's baths, but just to 9th bath only. But the hotel has its own bath even open-air. It was really nice and comfortable accommodation.

可以在天台溫泉池享受開揚山景，陣陣飄雪，令人心礦神怡。晚餐和式餐膳，食材新鮮，份量豐富。早餐為自助式，可以品嚐當地醃菜及各式美食。

地理位置優越，交通非常方便，比較靠近野猿温泉，工作人員很熱情，酒店裡的温泉很棒。但餐食不太豐富，吃不飽。

酒店員工非常友善，可惜不太懂英語。但3/F的浴埸很方便，也很舒服。酒店旁邊有一個给居民用的公園，裡面有十幾棵樱花正在盛開，给我們带來驚喜！房間內沒有冲涼液和洗髮水，所以只好跑到浴場去冲凉。

飯店有安排車輛在湯田中車站接送。雖然建物老舊，但服務人員都很親切。美中不足的是大眾池溫泉的水，太燙，燙到無法下去泡。還有飯店有載我們到地獄谷野猴公苑的入口，但回程需要自行搭公車到飯店附近的站牌，當天的環境，開始颳風、下大雪的當下，要回到飯店真的歷經千辛萬苦。

The staff was excellent and made us feel like family.

This place is charming with great authentic Japanese food options with half board. Not everything is new but it works as it should. The onsen is amazingly hot with mineral water from source. The is also a sauna and an outdoor hotpool. There is also a cafe on the ground level with burgers, fries, tacos and drinks if you do not want Japanese food. .

Great blend of modern amenities with traditional ryoken hotel. Welcoming and hospital staff. Beautiful surroundings and atmosphere, specially during winter. Close to snow monkey park. Just wish there was more hooks to hang the towels. Overall great stay and highly recommend.

Great Rokyan/Onsen Hotel. If you want to stay in the mountains near the snow monkey this is where you should stay! The staff was amazing! They have a shuttle that will take you to the snow monkey park and also take you and from the train! And the room and the onsen were such an amazing experience! If your looking for more tradition and local Japanese experience, Stay here!

Hotel charmoso e atendimento excelente Um hotel bem charmoso e familiar em estilo japonês, com vista excelente O atendimento é excelente e os funcionários muito simpáticos. Há possibilidade de transfer desde a estação e para o Parque dos Macacos da Neve de Jigokudani. Além disso, o hotel oferece uma boa lanchonete. O quarto em que ficamos era amplo, com colchões confortáveis e muito limpo. Se retornarmos à região, certamente nos hospedaríamos novamente.

バスルームあるけどボディソープさえない。ドライヤーもない、何もない…おまけにシャワーの水量がまるで醤油差しくらいに少ない。冷蔵庫は旧式の自動精算タイプなので私的のものは何も入れられない…と部屋の中だけ時間が昭和で止まっているようでした。

Extremely charming hotel! Fantastic service, friendliness and hospitality! Clean, lovely food, and (hot!) indoor and outdoor onsen. Will recommend ❤️
