Nice little hotel and the food is amazing, easy parking and money worth

酒店離湯田中電車站10分鐘車程，酒店下午可以免費接站，需提前聯繫酒店。酒店也有免費送站或送地獄谷的定時服務。 酒店房間很大，日式風格，有浴缸，飲料和小食都收費。 酒店一泊兩餐，晚餐和早餐都是定食，很豐富，吃得很飽。 拿上酒店提供的鑰匙，可以穿上和服免費體驗温泉街的9個温泉，但個人覺得酒的頂層湯泉更好，分室內外各一，晚上可以看星星。離金具屋也很近，步行5分鐘，是一家性價比很高的酒店，非常推薦。

日式風格的酒店，位置就在温泉鄉里。很方便。早餐晚餐都非常美味美觀。提供各種浴衣，在温泉鄉幾個泡池泡上一圈，圍繞在都在酒店旁邊很方便。酒店本身也帶露台泡湯，可以看見天空星星和温泉街及遠處的滑雪場。酒店還提供接送服務，很方便。到店迎接離店松別很温馨的服務

我想説還好定了這家酒店，帶孩子非常非常方便。 1）接駁：酒店有接駁車，車站-酒店-車站；車站-酒店-雪猴温泉，英語流利，車況乾淨。 2） 房間：是比較新裝修的房子，非常乾淨，細節處理的也很細緻。 3）温泉：我去體驗了涉温泉街的免費温泉，對比酒店那衹是個噱頭吧。酒店的温泉在六層，今天趕上下雪早上去泡了雪景温泉，視野極好。 4） 我們臨時預訂了早餐，餐食是日式的，價格合理，味道鮮美。 5）老闆娘英語流利，温柔得體，她建議我們第二天可以帶行李去雪猴，然後原地坐大巴回長野站，很方便。

유다나카역에 도착하여 핸드폰으로 전화를 걸으려고 했었으나 전화가 되지 않아 역직원 분의 도움으로 송영서비스를 요청 할 수 있었구요 시간이 얼마 걸리지 않아 직원분이 오셔서 빠르고 편하게 이동 할 수 있었어요. 도착했을때부터 문앞까지 나와서 친절하게 응대해주셨고 근처 온천 투어, 료칸 시설물 이용에 대해서 친절하게 잘 설명해주었어요. 저희는 4인 가족(성인:2명, 아이:2명)인데 숙소는 작지 않았어요 입실 당일 저녁식사와 다음날 아침식사가 제공이 되었구요 식사는 너무 맛있게 잘 먹었구 음식을 서빙하시는 직원분들도 너무 친절하셨어요. 저녁식사를 마치고 방에 돌아오면 포근한 이불이 셋팅되어 있어서 편안하게 쉴 수 있어요. 다음날 퇴실할때도 송영서비스를 통해 원숭이공원으로 이동이 가능했구요 전체적으로 직원분들이 다들 너무 친절하셔서 기분이 좋았어요 시설도 깨끗하고 주변에 볼거리도 많아서 다음에 꼭 다시 가고 싶은 곳이에요 다른 분들에게도 적극 추천합니다

酒店比較新，老闆娘很美很熱情，比金具屋便宜好多但晚餐更好，頂樓的露天温泉可以看到雪山不錯

Excellent service. Delicious meals at the Ryokan and they catered to my dietary needs! They made me delicious vegan and gluten-free dinner and breakfast. I loved the bathhouse as well.

wonderful Ryokan with delightful staff We had a wonderful two night stay here, one in a traditional Japanese room and one in a modern Japanese room. The staff did everything to make us welcome; they are super friendly and helpful. You have everything you need for a stay in an onsen town. The kaiseki dinner was delicious - served in a dining room not in the room, and breakfast wonderful too. The roof level onsen is clean and tidy and has great views from the outside pools - the men's more so as the women's have a bamboo discretion fence. But you can see over it. Collected and dropped at Yudanaka station to meet our trains Heartily recommend.

We stayed there for 1 night. We received free pickup and drop off from/to Yudanaka station. It is a newer build. The room is smaller than say Kanaguya but we find it quite comfortable. Their outdoor onsen at the rooftop is amazing, with the view of the town in the snow. The dinner and breakfast included is of high quality and I found better than Kanaguya. We upgraded our dinner to Beef steak prior to stay via email. Their service is excellent.

Good arrangement about go to monkey park with private bus 👍👍👍 But no return service

Unique dining, excellent service
