Friendly staffs, convenient location. Not so so clean room, found blood spot at the quilt. Broken hanging in he bath room,some small things at the floor.

比較傳統的日式酒店，晚飯是在對面的居酒屋吃的，有套餐和單點可以選擇，還可以吧，相對還是比較安靜的，就是早飯簡單了點衹有麪包咖啡果汁，如果能豐富點就更好了

Very helpful staff and friendly given we didn’t speak the language- night staff researched wooden article I bought and showed me the local tree it was made from. Just went the extra mile.

日本酒店乾淨係基本。 我明白可能呢間酒店係湯田中呢區已經算係中游唔係最差，但佢真係有好大既改善空間。大堂睇落好似正常，但一上樓層就大獲。 佢樓層同房間既設計，與其話係酒店，不如話係舊公寓。走廊好暗，房內有陣霉味。牆紙損壞左又冇補番好。晚上7點後出房個人硬係會好驚，有少少恐怖片感覺。住左兩晚，每日都諗盡辦法唔番房，未試過去旅行咁想時間快啲過。 房內冇風筒，要落去地下個溫泉更衣室到吹頭。榻榻米好薄，訓醒周身痛。附近冇野食，最近要開15-20分鐘車出中野先有野食。 酒店個早餐懶神秘，9半就完，以為有咩好野食，原來比袋硬麵包我，就係咁多，蛋都冇隻，我成袋冇食冇影相。 我冇影樓層同房內，因為好驚影完會影到啲唔應該見到既野。一到check out日朝早9點未到我就開車走人，唔想影相了。如果想體驗下幾可怕，都可以去睇睇。 附近果個所謂既「千與千尋」金具屋同埋地獄谷雪猴公園真係搵笨實，去到真係「下？就係咁咋」既感覺。 基本上，去長野就去白馬村，成個湯田中我都唔會再黎。

建物、設備が少し古いが、掃除は行き届いていた。 （古いリゾートマンションを改装したのかな？） 1Fの大浴場はまあま広く、温泉で気持ちが良かった。

Overall good accommodations - loved the traditional Japanese room we stayed in. It was spacious, clean and quiet.

The property is a little old and it shows in some areas but overall it was a great experience. The staff were all amazing and the bathhouse was excellent. Very short walk to the train and bus station.

湯田中駅から徒歩で10分ほど。新湯田中温泉にある温泉ホテル。日帰り入浴で訪問しました。入浴料700円。大きな浴室で広いサウナもあります。含硫黄泉で、湯口やタイルが赤茶けています。駅近くなので、使いやすい温泉です。

I really enjoyed my stay, the hotel lady was very nice and took time to explain everything. The onsen was clean and warm.

源泉掛け流しの湯は最高です。無色透明ですがトロミと湯花が見えます。 　宿泊はしていません。なので部屋や食事はわかりません。

Clean, quiet & a very cute location without tourists and crowds. My family enjoyed the serenity after spending 2 days in Tokyo and very close to snow monkey park allowing us to be the first ones there. Def recommend!!
